The drive thru was a bit slow. The chicken was pretty good. But I probably won't get a rotisserie from there again.
I rated a three not because Boston Market is horrible. The food was good, but everything has to be great for me to rate five... stars. Items on the menu are priced high. I went today, 7/17/22 and the blonde haired guy at the window drive through was an absolute gem, upscale sales, very welcoming... and just delivered great service. This was at the W. Broad Street location. He is a keeper and the food is very good. Read more

The food was good, but the parking lot has a minefield of potentially car wrecking potholes along the drive through. It would... take a quick trip to home Depot and an hour of labor to fill them. Not sure why the owners don't care more about their property,but I wont be back until it's fixed. Read more

If I could only give 1/2 a star review I would? Ordered online at 6pm on 11/29/2022, per my email confirmation pickup time was... 6:15 PM. I arrive at the west broad location at 6:20 PM to pick up my online order and the place was closed & they?re websitestates they were open until 8PM! There was no notification via website or anything. Boston market took my payment when I placedmy order but I have not received anything from my order. I called Boston Market 7 times on 11/30/2022 to try and get a refund &no answer. I live 25 minutes out of the way, but since I can?t speak to someone via phone I?ll have to go out of my way to speakto someone in person. NOT SATISFIED AT ALL. Read more
