Decided to place a take out order because of an experience at another location in Dublin. The fingers were well breaded, juicy... and fresh. These were completely dried out! It was said the order would be ready by 6:50 so them sitting 5 min should not havewound up like this. Completely dissatisfied and I had 2 orders of this same thing. My family and I received terrible service. We were seated right away by the hostess, all the way back in the dinning room, two... other couples were seated after us in the front of the dining area. Three servers noticed us and not one came to say hello orget our order started. We patiently waited for 15 minutes while the other parties were serviced. When we addressed the issuewith the management we were told that we sat ourselves because no one was waiting that area of the dining room. The managementdid not seem to care that we were ignored and was more worried about who sat us rather than taking care of the situation athand. We felt slighted and honestly looked down upon by the staff. The servers were rude and did not seem to care. My family andI frequently visit this establishment and understand that there is a labor shortage. My wife and I have been going here sincehigh school, so for the past 20 years, we have brought our business to this location. After tonight?s experience we will not begoing back here or recommending anyone else to waste their time and money here. Do better BWs. Read more

Some how everyone has changed chicken distributors except Buffalo Wild Wings so their wings are about the same quality as always... except now that means instead of the most average they have the best wings of any chain. Service at this location is great.Food is FAST and accurate compared to other B-Dubs and wing like restaurants I've been. Since wing shortages have made us wingsenthusiasts desperate. B-Dubs has the same quality as they've always had. So pretty ok but compared to others like restaurantsthe best. Read more

I'll start off by telling you this use to be my go-to wing place. I went to this place weekly for over ten years and always had... good food and good service. The last several times I have been there the place has been very dirty. The food and service havebeen poor. After ordering a $12.00 salad, they provide me a little baggie containing a small napkin and plastic fork/spoon asyou would receive from KFC. Unacceptable for a so called "sit-down" restaurant. We visited for lunch on 7/11/2022 andimmediately noticed the place smelled dirty and no one was there to greet or seat the customer. We sat our self and waited along time to be recognized by the staff. When I asked for a menu, the waitress pointed at a sticker on the table and said scanthat. I informed her that I wanted a regular menu and she stated they didn't have any, but she would find me a take-out menu. After about 20 minutes she brought me a paper, sauce covered. outdated menu. At that point we left. As I said before, this useto be a great place. Clearly under new management. The previous manager used to dress professional and greet the customers atsome point during their visit. The manager/assistant manager was wearing a hooded sweatshirt that was not company related andappeared to be very unprofessional. Read more

These were the 3 piece naked tenders we received from BW3?s for $9.79. Called the night we got them and the women who answered... said she would happily replace them. My girlfriend is due to give birth 5 days from then. So driving back to replace them thatnight. she wasn?t really feeling. So the woman on the phone said she would let the manager know and we could come back andreplace them. Today we went back to replace them and the manager refused. Even with the picture. He still refused. He asked ifwe had a receipt. I told him we did not because the girl at on the phone told me she would put my name in with the manager and Iwouldn?t need it. We were planning on ordering more food along with the tenders. He wouldn?t honor. even though he told us hewas the manager on duty that night. ADVICE: SAME YOURSELF THE TROUBLE GO TO ROOSTER. I had a 1 hour wait time. Food was terrible. If I could give this 0 stars I would. They couldn't even take the time to take the... fries out of my onion ring basket. They barely used any sauce. Used old boneless wings and used old onion rings!!!! I evenshowed up 10 minutes early incase the food was done. Never again will I spend my money here! Read more

I placed an order through Uber Eats while I was working. And then they forgot to put the two sauces I requested (and that I also... paid for) even though my order had a QA sticker on it. They even took the time to write on a brown paper bag that they were outof celery, but failed to put my sauce inside the bag. I called and requested to speak to the manager, just to find out that hewas asking me to come and pick up the sauce, like how can I come to pick it up if I can't? That's the whole reason why I orderedfor delivery. So he told me to contact uber eats cause he wasn't gonna be able to help me. Read more

Lunch on a Wednesday afternoon right at peak lunch rush. We each got a different lunch combo. I got the burger with fries. The... burger was juicy and delicious! Our orders came out timely, they were both accurate and tasted so good. It looked like they wereshort staffed but our server was hustling, attentive and very friendly. I believe she was training as well! We could see thewhole team working together and it?s paying off! Kudos to this BW3?s staff! Read more
