Been giving this BK the benefit of the doubt for a while now, but this place is beyond lazy. They don't ask you what sauce you... want when you get any chicken-related items, they sound like they hate their lives/jobs, and they close the inside of theirstore before closing. Recently, I went to Florida and got BK down there. The service was leagues better than this BK. As I amsitting outside their store writing this, I can see three workers just sitting on their phones, eating. Do better. Read more
Most disorganized Burger King in State of Ohio! Check the fries. They charge for a large and give a small. Happens repeatedly.
Very Terrible Customer Service. I went through with my son on 05/29/2022. I pull up to the speaker, and the greeting I got from... the employee was already way to fast. It's almost like he was trying to purposely speak as fast as he could on purpose. I chooseto ignore it. I ask this guy what was on their mix and match menu since I couldn't see a sign that had the names of thesandwiches. The guy spoke again way to fast to understand anything what he said. I made him repeat him self I told him Icouldn't understand anything he said. The guy does it the same exact way again, this time even faster. What is he trying toaccomplish by speaking like that? There was only 1 other car in drive through, with maybe 3 cars in the parking lot, that wasmost likely the staff cars. I start to guess what he is saying, and I said I was like 2 of the quarter pound sandwiches. "Dowhat?"he says to me...in the most disrespectful way, he said it in a way like I was insulting him? I had enough of the rudecustomer service and drove off. I do not recommend going here. If they had somebody like this rude staff member working there,then this goes to show you that the rest of the staff might act the same. Read more
1 star is due to the sanitary issues. The dining room was very sticky and unkept. Bathroom was out of toilet paper and didn't... seem like it had been cleaned in quite some time. Read more
