Every time I come to this location the service is slow. I order a head all the time and still end up waiting 10 min or more for... my order and then 100% of the time something is missing. A dressing, a straw, a fork, a side. Not even exaggerating, it?s everytime! If I want to go back in or wait another 5 min to get someone?s attention to get the missing item they get it, but it?sreally getting old. Just get it right and be respectful of people?s time. The attitude of workers have gone down too. Whathappened to the saying ? my pleasure?? I saw a girl tossing trays and plastic numbers like she could care less. Probably the worst Chick-Fil-A in the Columbus Market. Typically stop by here almost Daily since its so close to Work, but in... the last month, has been disgraceful. I cant name a single time that my order has been correct. employees at the window do notseem to care at all. This morning I watched the employee at the window give my order to the car in front of me, the customeropened it, noticed it was wrong and handed it and the drink back to the employee. When I got to the window, I Asked if it wasthe same one the customer in front had just opened. and handed back to him opened to which he said no, it was all remade. wellit was in fact a lie. Upon pulling it out of the bag, the wrapping was rolled up at the bottom, biscuit has a thumb print in it.clearly had been disturbed. there use to be a really nice Gal who worked the window, not sure where she went but since she hasbeen gone, customer service has completely tanked here. also the Slowest service known to man. Again this morning, got in theline with 4 cars ahead of me. 21 minutes total. From entering to line to getting trash service and food at the window. I canhonestly say again, I will go out of my way to visit another establishment. hopefully this one can get it together after thefirst of the year. because it has drastically tanked. Read more
Fast, friendly and fresh - like all Chick-fil-As. This location appeared to be getting a lot more customers than planned when I... was there in between the normal lunch and dinner rushes. The tables in the dining room needed some attention, but everyone wasreceiving their food quickly. The woman who took my order was very new, and she did an excellent job handling a big rush ofcustomers. By the time I left things had slowed down enough that they were able to send someone out to wipe down the tables inthe dining room. I was impressed to see that they were using disinfectant wipes on the tables. My food was delicious. Read more
For fast food, Chick-fil-A is impossible to beat. Always fresh, delicious, and fast (considering their huge lines). This and... Cane's are the best places in Columbus for chicken, but here you get a lot more options that are better overall. Read more
I took my two daughters ages 9 and 6 to have lunch there today and we hear someone behind the counter talk out loud. The female... employee was talking about using a vibrator she purchased from Amazon. I shouldn't have to explain to my little girls what avibrator is. Usually I feel the professionalism at Chick-fil-A is top notch but today they failed big time. The manager andthe whole crew were asking questions and laughing about the person speaking out loud about the Amazon purchase. Read more
This store always amazes me. They get you in and out quickly, your food is always properly prepared and the orders are correct.... The staff is friendly and respectful. You can see the teamwork and comraderie that goes on in this store. Well done!! Read more
Chick????-fil-A, the popular ???? restaurant. Well this time I thought my 12 piece of ???? nuggets was over seasoned with too... much salt. Normally they are great. Stopped to try the Peppermint Chip Shake, also ordered a Chicken Sandwich and Nuggets. Peppermint Shake turned out to be maybe a... Vanilla but flavor was strange. Chicken Sandwich turned out to be Spicy so traded wife for Nuggets. Plus was line was fast. Butif this was truly the Peppermint Shake it needs help. Read more
