On more than one occasion. Did not get the food we paid for. And their refund.. a coupon for the next visit. Of course you have... to contact corporate offices and file reports etc for a bag of chips, couple containers of queso, the missing ingredients in theburrito you ordered. Go to another location. Placed my order online, they gave me staff i didn't order. They added a lot of hot sauce that burned my mouth, they added corn... that i didn't include also beans that i did't include. Terrible organization and food management! They either never have steak or they dnt have lime or vinegerette dressing. If you... close at 10 or 11 pm then at 8-9 you should have the proper amount of food to service your customers. This is something thathappens on a consistent basis!! They need new management. We went in for a take out. Very quick, efficient. The food.. we ordered 4 different bowls, all were on point. Great tasting... Definitely worth the money. It's not too expensive either. $37 44 for 4 meals and very fulfilling. Read more

Don't know what sad person was working 2/14/22 after 7pm. Ordered two quesadilla, both sucked. Both the brown and white rice was... crunchy, didn't get our chips and the three side we asked for weren't even close to what showed up. The quesadillas themselves,meat was burnt, no cheese and the tortilla wasn't even slightly toasted. Read more

I came in on 10/17/21 at 3:20pm to pick up a drive thru order and ended up having to come inside and pick up my food after... waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru line. The manager said they were short staffed and very busy. Well as you can see by thesephotos, thats not entirely true. Would really like to know what was going on in there. This location has really gone downhill. We normally eat here a few times a month, but I doubt we will return to this location... anytime soon after today's experience. I ordered on their website at 4:05pm to be picked up at 4:40pm through the drive-thruwindow. I arrived at 4:40pm, but had to wait over 20 minutes in line behind one car. When I got to the window, the associateinformed me that they were out of cups for side items. I had asked for 2 sides of sour cream and one side of the medium salsa.She also said that if the order was wrong "don't bother calling in, ask for a refund online". I left with my order, not feelingvery hopeful for what I would find when I got home. When I opened up my order at home, I discovered that I did not receive thedouble portion of meat in either bowl in addition to my side items. What a ripoff. Read more

Lettuce edges where already browning. I got to eat 7 pieces of the steak. The rest was not chewable. That is a photo of the... steak I couldn't chew. Person in second position just disappeared and left the number one person to do it all without tellinghim. Guy is killing it running out of stuff. Cashier just trying to keep their patience with a line out the door can't reallyhelp and be touching everything while touching money, too. Sad. Read more
