This location has gone downhill over the last few months. When I ordered my bowl today I literally got a half scoop of Chicken... with my order. The money they save by being stingy with their ingredients will never outweigh the money lost by losing afrequent customer! Read more
Customer service was horrible. Nobody said a word. No welcome to Chipotle, no what can I get started for you. Just dead silent... stares of well what are you going to order. There burrito "ball" was a mess, the ingredients where cold, my chicken had som muchgristle I had spit half of it out. When in line my wife was ordering for our kids and then was completely skipped over so I hadto cut back in line to order because again the employees where no help. I'm done going to Chipotle every store experience is thesame employees that have no clue what's going on or just don't care to help their customers and bad quality food. I don’t usually post bad reviews for businesses because I could have just had a bad experience but if I can save anyone the... frustration that I’ve had then I figure I’ll try. This chipotle is the closest one to me. When I get delivery, this is theone that delivers to me, and usually this is where I pick up from. For the last 6 months probably 50% of the orders I pick upfrom here or get delivered from here are wrong. Whether it be the wrong meat or the wrong toppings, it’s just completelydifferent from what I’ve ordered. What is weird is that the receipt that’s printed and taped on the bag has the correctorder so it’s like the employees are just throwing whatever they want into the bags and sending them off. I’m not surewhat’s happened over the last 6 months but this chipotle is the worst one I’ve ever been to. The only sure way to make sureyou’re getting what you actually order is to actually go into the store and watch them as they make it. And now theyre raisingtheir prices again, when they can’t even give people the correct food. Read more
This is by far the worst location I've ever been to. They used to have the doors locked constantly and you'd have to pickup. The... last 4 or 5 times they haven't had basic ingredients (fajitas, cheese, chicken, sour cream are commonly out of stock. The lasttime they were out of chicken, fajitas, and cheese.) Forget about having forks ever stocked. Today they aren't taking creditcards - cash only. Honestly, this location just needs to be closed. That would be the best improvement Chipotle could make here. My order was messed up. My steak burrito was not right. One of the kid’s meal had no meat. All three kid’s meal did not get... their drinks (comes with the meal). So disappointed in this place and this order. I will not be coming back. For my readers,check your order before leaving. I’ve done many reviews on Chipotle. The value of their food has gone way down.
