As a person who eats chipotle 2 times a week and worked for chipotle as well. This is the worst location I ever been too. They... were out of white rice around 1:30pm on Saturday, not only that they forgot every ingredient in it. I frequent this chipotle, and usually have no complaints, the people working when I went today were not delivering very good... service. The prep line was disgusting dirty with food everywhere touching everyone else's food they were making, the portionswere inconsistent, sometimes too little, and sometimes excessive. I asked the guy for some sour cream, and suddenly my bowl wasjust sour cream soup, the guac they gave me was old and grey and frankly looked unappetizing, I asked if they had fresher guac,because they also did not have any ready on the prep line, the guac in the prep line had everything on it but guac, cheeselettuce, salsas, corn, and when I asked for fresher guuac,they kept saying that it was all the same. I was going to eat it, butwhen I looked at my food, it frankly all looked gross and I had to throw it away, worst money spent at this place. I will mostlikely not be visiting this chipotle again. amazing service from an incredibly hard working staff! always lovely when i go in and the foods delicious. shoutout to the girl... running the whole place cause she?s amazing at her job. they never refused service to CEA members, not today, not tomorrow.never have and i doubt they ever will. the amount of people who were so quick to tear down a business ran by a bunch ofhardworking young adults with no proof is disheartening! you go on strike to fight back for the people and the community andthen you log onto facebook to tarnish the name of a store ran by people just like you? based off nothing but lies. tsk, tskTina! the staff here are incredible, exceedingly polite and efficient. this was my first experience at chipotle as there aren?t many... restaurants back in england and I?ll definitely return! thank you to the gorgeous member of staff who helped me out when mychild got stuck in the bathroom, I didn?t catch her name but the way she jumped the stall to save him was so brave! There were several reports of this location refusing to serve the Columbus teachers who are on strike right now. Union members... were asked to leave. Whether this was a manager's decision or not, I really hope that you talk to your staff aboutDISCRIMINATION. Make sure you put enough portions in the bowls, burritos, ect. People are paying for the food! Had to ask the girl with braids... to put more rice in my bowl and still seemed low. Probably won?t be back at this location anymore; not wasting my money on poorservice like this Read more
