Food was very cold and rice was extremely hard like it was reheated! Guacamole was brown!!! I usually don?t complain but this... restaurant is usually extremely rude every time I go inside one reason why I made my online order today! Now that I don?t evenfeel comfortable going in because all of the staff wakes up on the wrong side of the bed no matter how you approach them! Now Ican?t even order online! 1st Imma say terrible service. 2nd The dude messed up both of my burritos everytime I come in there. I just received my food from Door dash. I called door dash and the manager of the store who completely dismissed my concern and... lack of any type of empathy. I have always been a fan of chipotle. I usually order their burrito bowl with chicken with a loads of veggies and other... toppings, and an extra side of tortilla.
