Worst Chipotle, don't waste your time. They were dead at lunch, my husband and I were the only customers there. They had 6... employees standing around. Took 2 mins for 1 of them to take my order, they just kept walking around waiting on someone else todo. The lady that did finally take my order said "what do you want?" With so much attitude. I asked for chips with my order andwas told "were out of chips". I saw a mountain of fresh chips being bagged behind her. I replied, I see a ton of chips overthere getting bagged and she walked away with no response. My husband then ordered chips and was told "were not serving chipstoday" portions are small and employees are rude. Dont waste your time. Read more

I haven't been to this store in a long time and I see why I haven't! I gave it two stars because the young man that was on the... line was sweet and the young man at the register was sweet as well. It's a guy in there that looks evil already he has a missingeye or something and he had an attitude when I asked for white rice. The girl on the line she put like a half a scoop in thereand I asked her to put more in there she's going to take the scoop, slams it in the rice and slams it in my bowl and says that'sdouble rice I said you're a double lie! Nasty attitude, nasty food the rice was hard, and it just wasn't a good experience. Itried calling several times to get them to answer the phone, and like last year they never answer this time it was a machine thephone rang once and the recording said we cannot answer your call at this time and it hung up!! I arrive at the time of pickup. Woman at the window tells me that I don't have an order at this location. I show her my email... confirmation showing that I indeed had a paid order at this location. She left, came back and told me, yet again, that I didn'thave an order at this location... I ask to see a manager. I showed him the confirmation. He tells me, "you don't have an orderat this location." I proceed to tell him that the order was placed and money was exchanged and I needed my food. He told me tocome inside where he proceeded to make the worst chipotle I have ever had in my life. My wife's burrito was 90% rice, theyforgot the guacamole we paid for, the extra tortilla we paid for, but instead gave us 2 bags of stale chips? He informed me that"sometimes people take other people's food". As in, what, they rush the counter? Or as in YOU gave them MY food withoutconfirmation!? Terrible experience and I want my money back. Clearly asked for mild corn salsa & fajita veggies & chicken. There was no corn salsa & no fajita veggies & very little. Pieces... of lettuce were freaking huge. Read more
Order via Uber eats. Ordered a salad. Not enough lettuce at all to be a salad. It was the same amount of lettuce as they put on... the top of a regular bowl. I also ordered double chicken and it was not at all double chicken. I am extremely disappointed.Probably better to go get it yourself. Read more
Literally had 3 pieces of steak on my bowl. My son didn?t get his chips! The guy put barely any food on ours and then his team... member came thru and he piled food on his. I tried to call and get this corrected and they would not answer the phone. Read more
Ordered online, store never received the order. I had an email confirmation and the girl at the window took my phone and wrote... down the order from the email. She didn?t write down any meat! We all had meat on all 3 meals. Very annoying and disappointing.I?m done with Chipotle!! Read more
