I just left this establishment I purchased a burrito bowl and a chips and salsa for pick up. I noticed after I was handed my... bag, that it was missing my chips. I patiently waited for the worker (He didn?t provide his name but had shaved haircut withnumerous tattoos) to step back to the window (took about 5 minutes). Kindly told him I was missing my chips. He then snappedat me extremely defensive and aggressive saying that he personally put the chips in my bag and stated I should look again! After indeed looking again ensuring him that he personally did not put the chips in my bag he grabbed me a bag and proceeded tosling them into my car window as he walked away talking about it to other employees. Why on earth would I wait for 5minutes for an extra bag of chips that cost less than $1.50 ( that turned out to be hard and stale) I genuinely didn?treceive them and genuinely ask for them.
