I went to Chipotle to get some food for my kids and they told me why I didn?t order online since it was a ?big order?. I only... ordered 3 kids meals and a bowl. The service here was really bad. I had ordered 2 sides of guacamole and they forgot put it inmy bag. I also tried to order queso and the system was down so I never came back to this location ! Read more

I just left this establishment I purchased a burrito bowl and a chips and salsa for pick up. I noticed after I was handed my... bag, that it was missing my chips. I patiently waited for the worker (He didn?t provide his name but had shaved haircut withnumerous tattoos) to step back to the window (took about 5 minutes). Kindly told him I was missing my chips. He then snappedat me extremely defensive and aggressive saying that he personally put the chips in my bag and stated I should look again! After indeed looking again ensuring him that he personally did not put the chips in my bag he grabbed me a bag and proceeded tosling them into my car window as he walked away talking about it to other employees. Why on earth would I wait for 5minutes for an extra bag of chips that cost less than $1.50 ( that turned out to be hard and stale) I genuinely didn?treceive them and genuinely ask for them. Placed my order (2:10P) today at the Chipotlelane for 2 bowls & the blue-haired/blue eyeshadow employee did not want to give me... an additional dressing (only gave me 1)! I go in the store & all the employees, including the manager are talking about thedressing! These people at this location are extremely rude and lack the knowledge & integrity to service customers correctly!The location of this store has effected the attitudes of these employees!! A team of two is working as hard as they can to fulfill orders. I'm about to have to drive away from an order placed 2 hours... ago, without the order, after waiting 30 minutes past the pickup time. If you can't support your staff enough to run thebusiness, maybe close it until you can. I love Chipotle but can't imagine giving this location another chance. Staff was veryfriendly and helpful. Ya Southend/ Southside, we have a "Chipotle." My order was handled very well and everything was correct. Evening Shift Employees... even walked over to our table to check on us, as to what we might need more of, BAM, I call that good food, and goodservice. "Happy Southside here." Read more
