Purchased a center roll, and when I began eating it, the center roll was not a center roll at all. It was the old cinnabon... probably from the night before crumbled up into a cup. If you're advertising a Center of The Roll, the customer wants exactlythat. Read more
This is the slowest branch ever. Waited 20 minutes for my order. There were total of two people on the line. They have 8 ovens.... They only use one. I guess so people has to wait for them. Read more

The food is great. Here is my issue. It's Holiday season, the line is backed up for people ordering food. There is a dedicated... cashier, yet I am told I need to wait in the huge line behind people waiting for food, just to buy a gift card! Needless tosay, I went with Panara instead. Read more
