I love city bbq, but this location provides some pretty bad food, (talking about beef brisket, macaroni, and fries) was really... sad to see it come out so dry with no juice, texture is almost like sandpaper. Its really disappointing. Read more
They don't actually do curbside. You have to walk in. They pack the bags so full that any breading or sandwiches are completely... smashed. They thought it was ridiculous that I wanted replacements. ALSO CHECK YOUR ORDER MINE WAS MISSING STUFF. Food good butnoticeably smaller portions. Read more
Decent BBQ, and very friendly staff. I highly recommend.
The food is good, took it to go...love their corn pudding. My only issue is the staff seemed disenchanted...cashier didn't seem... friendly, irritated she was there. No Welcome to City BBQ what can I get for you. I didnt have my glasses so I asked what theother sides were and she seemed exasperated with a damn the menu is right there, look at it attitude. Thankfully I rememberedwhat I wanted to try....the baked beans with brisket. Despite I will try again. My job use to order it when we were in theoffice and I always enjoyed. Very disappointed with my order tonight. I ordered a Brisket platter and all I received was a tray full of fat! There was very... little If any meat! Unfortunately it was brought by door dash, had I been in the restaurant I would have sent my food back!Please give people what they order and not find ways to cheat them out of their purchases! First time being here and was amazed of the food we got which was the Judge's Sampler. Lots of meats and we were given extra... corn bread as a nice gesture by the wait staff. Worth coming back to. Read more
Original visit I had some issues with a carry out order; long wait time, missing breads and sauces. I revisited this location:... Great place for real barbecue. You can tell how much time and effort is put into the food here. Not to mention the lovely smokysmell when you walk in. Read more
