I have picked up food here from numerous kitchens for my various delivery app customers. Finally decided to try it myself. Was... very happy to see they have a kiosk inside that you can just go in and order from instead of having to pay the fees associatedwith the various apps. They were prompt, the guy even held my food and kept it hot when my order I had to deliver took a bitlonger than anticipated. I ordered from Broke, high, and Hungry and was very pleased! They should consider opening a brick&mortar location soon, it would be an instant hit. But either way, I will DEFINITELY be ordering from here more often! Read more
They did it again! This place is so nice to me! I walked in to get my order and the gentleman at the counter hands me my order,... then says, “Oh, this too.” They full on gave me another bag of free food I didn’t even order, but wanted….and they knewit. The food was A-mazing!!!! I was disappointed to open my container and find a side dish taking up the entire main compartment.... But I quickly forgave (mostly) them because the food was A-mazing!!! Ordered food online through the smokey bones website. It said order received and gave pickup location and time. Charged my card... for the order. When I went to pick up they claimed they did not have the order. I asked for help, but the guy at the countersaid \"I could get the chef, but trust me it will just make him mad\" he stated they would automatically refund my money,however no refund was received. Really wasn’t sure what to expect. My son was craving breakfast burritos and 3 Eggs popped up in the search. The menu looked... great. We placed an online order and while I wasn’t certain if I was in the right place (I’m from out of town and notfamiliar with the area) the process was easy. Scan the QR code on the front door to see if my food was done and I received andorder update. Picked up my order and went home to enjoy a burrito like mom would make. Good size, warm and tasty.
