I've been on a mission to find a place that has the best Consommé with the best tacos, which is surprisingly harder to find... than I thought it would be. Cuco's Birria tacos came up, definitely had to try them out. We showed up, placed our order for 2orders of Birria Tacos (3 tacos per order), and within a really short amount of time both came out... like too fast. We didn'teven have time to finish our chips & salsa. The tacos shells were SUPER HOT like definitely heated up to the point there wereburnt crisps on the edges. The consomme was mainly oil and tasted like it unfortunately. The server was a bit pushy trying toget us to order their margaritas several times, and since we didn't, we weren't much of a priority and felt rushed out of there.We received our check before we were even done. I had to ask if it was too late to order dessert. I ordered their flan and itdefinitely had a hint of bourbon in it, which I love flan and bourbon separately but together just wasn't it for mepersonally. Unfortunately, the mission continues. This was the first time I had been to Cuco's Taqueria. It definitely won't be the last time. This burrito may just be the best... thing I've eaten in a long time. Service was great. Food was great. Read more
Great food, great service, great price! I throughly enjoyed the food and the environment was super welcoming and nice! Our... waiter was very friendly and was on top of providing great service :). She recommended the fried fish tacos, if you're lookingfor an in house recommendation. I wish I couldve tried their drinks but had to pass today. Would recommend this place to anyone! Read more

I was craving birria tacos and Cuco’s got the job done! Now they aren’t the best birria tacos I’ve ever had, but they were... pretty tasty. We also got lime margaritas here which were very good. The service could’ve been a little better, but they mayhave been understaffed so I get it. I’d still recommend! Read more
Was craving a quesadilla so I tried out this place! All the staff were incredibly kind and service was fast and easy. Food was... really good and priced well. I loved the thin chips they had with the salsa. Also really appreciated they gave me and my friendseparate salsa bowls! The birria taco combo with the consommé dipping sauce was very good. Good seasoning, tender beef, and gooey cheese inside. The... restaurant had a nice vibe and lots of tvs if you wanted to watch a sporting event. Read more
