1043 is when I went this particular location. First off the door was locked. I was a little shocked, but was chalking it up... to maybe online times were wrong and werent updated. As i was walking back to my car The only employee working,then come outwith a huff and asked in a very dronfull way, "pickup?". To which I replied no I need to place an order. His eye roll wasenough to distinguish is disgust that I dare make an order at this time. The entire time I was in there the employees bodylanguage was that of an irrated person's. He was short in responses and looked at me when as though I were some sort of dult. I get it I am early. 1053 is not a normal time for people to come in and order. Doesn't excuse how unprofessional this employeewas. Bad dominos, bad staff, and hopefully I won't be adding bad pizza too to this. Read more
Fiance and I ordered two subs for dinner, Mediterranean and chicken parm. The chicken parm had the toppings of the mediterranean... and the mediterranean had the sauce for the chicken parm. Called the store, took 5 minutes to get a real person, and made mycomplaint and asked for a replacement order to be sent. Jimmy, the manager on duty, told me it would be 35 to 45 minutes to getthe replacement to us. I asked if that was the best time frame they could arrange and he said yes, they'll have to fit me inaround other deliveries. We're not the ones that made this mistake and I feel our order should be expedited before others. Read more
I placed and order over the phone and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. My son went to pick it up within 27 minutes and... was then told it would be another half hour. I will never order from Domino's again. Read more
I got my food with in a timely manner. Christopher was very polite and kind. I understand it today's times stores can be short... staffed it's not thier fault. I would definitely order again from them. Kudos to the employees. Good job everyone!! Read more
My experience started with my order showing up over 30% longer than the amount of time I was told it would with no... notifications. Once it did show, of my many items, only two showed. When I called in the establishment, I was yelled at, talkedover, and told that I should have called in instead of ordering online. Then once I was tired of being berated for the fact thatI believed my order would show up anywhere near on time, or complete I asked for a refund. I did not receive my order, andwanted a refund, not for another order to be sent out. The manager hung up on me. No refund, no food, no customer service.PLEASE DO NOT order food here. Read more
I ordered the Alfredo bread bowl and the bread was hard as a rock and there was literally no Alfredo sauce . It was just chicken... and bread. I also ordered cinnamon twists that were hard and probably been sitting all day. Not fresh at all. I tried to calland complain but of course no one would answer the phone! Domino's Pizza is absolutely disgusting across the board at every chain. This location is no different. I haven't had any... issues with delivery or store staff like other people have mentioned though. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because theircheesy bread is absolutely wonderful. I would order it and not get any pizza. They should allow you to add toppings to thecheesy bread and only sell that. For actual pizza, steer clear. Read more
I have never done review for any food places , but this time is terrible experience., I ordered one buffalo chicken pizza at 7pm... and is been past 9 and still haven?t received my pizza yet .
