By far the worst experience I have ever had and I will NEVER order from this location again! Put in a scheduled order at 6 to... pick up the order at 8pm. When I got home and opened the box the pizzas look like they were made at 6 and sat for 2 hours! Icalled and spoke with a manager and told him my pizza is cold and not fresh! He refused to remake it, or give me my money backand kept referring me to corporate! He basically called me a liar and blamed it on the heat lamps. Literally all I wanted wasfor them to be remade! Delivered the wrong food, called and asked for a refund which they said they could do if I returned the food, said I would... return the food and then they said no nevermind, literally stole my money and offered me a store credit which I didn't want.Rude managers who hang up on you and lie/scam to get money for their store. I don?t usually make reviews but my pregnancy has my emotions on 10 and this was the absolute worst pizza, cheese bread, and... dessert I?ve ever had. Everything was burnt but not fully cooked at the same time???? How does that happen? My pizza had like2-3 WHOLE onions on it? it was supposed to be pepperoni and onion?. Not onion, onion, onion , more onion and a little pepperoni? I didn?t order a pizza for an ogre!? like whoever?s panties were in a bunch last night get a new job if you are to stressedto make food. Definitely won?t be giving a second change. Also your sauce needs to be modified way to much sugar ?????. This was the pizza that was delivered to my house, just disrespectful. Then they tell my wife they can?t do a refund only a... store credit and to order a new one it would take a hour! Who wants to wait another hour on top of the hour they just waited. Manager seemed upset Didn?t offer no extra pizza, wings, or anything like that. When I called they said they?d offer a refund sowe?ll see in a couple days. Had to order from another location, never again. Read more
We eat Donatos on a very regular basis. We moved so now this is our location. Every single time I?ve ordered from here my order... has been incorrectly made or missing items. I?ve never asked for a refund.. only to have it made over or corrected. Tonight, Iordered and the same thing happened. Only this time they sent my order through door dash without my knowledge. An entire pizzawas missing, the food was barely warm, and the sub was made incorrectly. I spent almost 10 minutes on the phone trying to tellthe dasher how to get here as we literally sat on the porch and watched him keep passing our home trying to get him to slow downand stop. I called Donatos to bring the food back and have it corrected. I was told that because it was delivered through Doordash they couldn?t do anything. The guy that answered the phone asked me to hold on so I began talking to my spouse. Not abouthim or even being rude toward him but expressing my disdain about the delivery and how we had to go through this when we nevereven ordered through Door Dash? and he really attempted to tell me what I could and could not say to someone in my home. Iexplained to him that I was NOT speaking to him in case he felt that I was.. and even after that he told me what I could andcould not say. I said to him again that I was speaking to someone else and not him and he ended the call. I called back and gota manager in which I believe was the same person I?d been talking to all along. My daughter was hungry, so yes she ate some of it. We always order from here and it is never wrong so I usually would have just... let go. However, they didn?t add the toppings we asked for, we called and asked for a new pizza and they literally said for usto get the correct pizza, we would have to wait two hours and give them this pizza back. I get it, that?s fine. We agreed andminutes later the ?cook? I?m guessing, called and said he just made that pizza and it?s correct. Offered $5 credit. Said heknows he made it right. Just because y?all are busy, and the game is on.. doesn?t mean you can just make stuff sloppy and notcorrect. Hardly even cut. Don't waste your time with this location. Waited 20 min behind a car with a huge order only to get to the window for the guy to... ask my to pull back at the end of the line because my order wasnt ready, Mind you now at this point it was already 20 min ormore past my pick up time. Then when I pointed it out to the guy I got the excuse the printer isn't working. Total lack ofmanagement not worth the wasted time and aggravation. Read more
