I have never in my 7 years on this side of town ordered pizza from this location but to be honest Donatos no matter where I get... it all taste the same now. Something about the sauce is off and the crust is never really crispy except the edges. Cheese pizzawas more like well done which I didn't ask for. The line was out to Thurman and I had to park a block away and walk to go insidethe store to pick up my order. The cashier was nice. Food was ready. Wasn't hot though even though I was there five minutesafter it was supposed to be picked up. Read more

The drive through was slow but the lady was nice they did have a mix up with some of our food but they fixed as best they could

My food wasn't ready when I came through the drive through so they told me to go park out front and they woukd bring it out.... After sitting there for 25 minutes I called and they were super rude and said I could come inside or go back through the drivethrough. Food was cold when I got it but I wasn't going to sit there for another half hour and have them spit in my food orsomething. They are always rude as hell. They meet better staff Read more

So I was pretty disappointed with how this was handled. I ordered online at the short north location and they were closed when... I arrived. Had no problem taking my money but then there was no one to answer the phone and the door was locked. Then I thoughtto call the closest location at Shoppes at Airpointe - I talked to a guy on the phone who said, if I showed them the receipt tomy last one, I could transfer the order to them - so long as I showed the receipt. It was late and I was hungry so I did itanyways. I get there and speak to the gentleman I had just chatted with on the phone, showing my receipt. He then asks for mycard to pay. Confused, I give him my card anyway and say I'll just go to the other location tomorrow and get a refund. He turnsaround to grab my pizza, and then it's not even there yet. Finally, I get the answer that they are just now throwing it in theoven, and I just need to wait 20 more minutes in the parking lot. I don't know if this was an honest mistake or they justforgot. I wish I could take back some of the stars I've given them in the past. My order came to nearly $45, so I'd ordered a lot of... food. When the gave me the order, all of the food was RAW! As in... Not cooked! When their product is delivered to theirfacility, the bacon comes partially cooked, to spread up the cook time when it's order. This stops the other food from burningwhile trying to cook the bacon. Which means... It's not safe for consumption yet. They never finished cooking it, the literallyput the raw, mushy bacon on my sub. I happened to see a piece of bacon in my daughter's sub box and, and wondered why it lookedpink and white... Then I picked it up and noticed it was ice cold! As soon as my fingers touched it, it started mush, then Irealized that it was RAW. Since all of our subs had bacon on it, I new that NONE of them were safe to eat. Then we noticed thatthe pizza was missing some of the toppings that we ordered and was charged for. Of course they remade the food, but 20 minuteslater meant we were now late to where we were going. We then checked the food to make sure everything was cooked this time, andit was. We no longer had time to eat before the meeting, so we waited. once we were able to eat, we realized that the extracheese and and sauce that I ordered and paid for was absent. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE!!! My $50 meal was cold and burnt and made wrong. As I?m writing I just called twice and got left on... hold for 10mins both times. Customer service was so extremely poor I don?t want to go to any Donatos again. I will continue tocall because I need my money back!!!! My daughter couldn?t even bite her sub!!!!!??????????? I placed an online order for a pepperoni pizza with a thick crust. I picked it up at the drive through window. When I got home... and opened the box, the paper receipt had been placed inside the box directly on top of the pizza (see picture. I covered myname and phone number). The crust was burnt on the edges (see picture). I called the restaurant and was put on hold to speakwith a manager. I hung up after waiting 15 minutes. I used Donatos customer service site online. The site said, "We value yourfeedback and appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your thoughts. Use the form below for the mostefficient response". A few days later, I received a generic email saying they understood something went wrong and had a promocode for two dollars off my next pizza. The same exact promo code that I had previously received in an advertisement email. Read more
