Live music, good pizza, beer and the ex. I am sure that if you don't go with your ex, you'll enjoy the atmosphere. It is one... of the nicer donatos but, the rest of the short north is a degree more upscale and trendy than a corporate Donatos can reallypull off. Read more
Regular donatos chain taste. Frozen tasteless crust like all locations. This location is very understaffed (like many places... nowadays) and you can only do drive thru. My pickup order wasn?t even ready until 30 minutes after promised time. Stay away fromthis location for awhile , or better yet - support a local pizza place like Grandads pizza or Flyers. Read more
This place is pretty cool. I've got a nice little bar attached, the pizza is pretty good, I mean it's donatos, so it is what it... is if you like it then you like it. They also have live music most weekends. Often it's just a solo performer on a little stage.Also a nice garage door thing going where you get the open air effect. It's a great time. Service is good, parking is a littletricky down there, definitely get the parking app. Read more
My Hot Chicken Pizza was a Hot Mess to say the least. It was overcooked, lukewarm, and it wasn't even completed. No pickles and... no ranch dressing. My garlic bread and cinnamon bread were also overcooked. I called and complained and was interrupted by theboy on the phone. I waited almost 2 hours for a bad order. I asked for a new pizza and had to wait a long time for it as well. Iused to work at a Donatos and its really not difficult to get it right. Just read the receipt that's right in front of you. Iwill not be ordering there ever again. Extremely disappointed. Read more
Ordered a Mariachi beef pizza and it was great. Five stars great. Staff had it ready super fast too! Thanks to whomever did... that. The guy taking orders over the phone was nice and thorough. The girl at the window was lovely. I had to give three starsbecause the man at the pickup window was bothered that I wanted to PAY for some extra sour cream; stood there and shook his headin annoyance in direct view of us because there was only one left and he offered it to us, but we wanted to pay a few more. Iapologize for making you walk a few feet to stock the little fridge THAT YOU WOULD HAVE HAD TO STOCK ANYWAYS! Smh, I love givinggood reviews where they due but why be rude? Read more

I ordered a pizza on door dash. Donato's made the wrong pizza. I very calmly came in to get the kind of pizza I ordered and they... refused to remake the pizza. They told me I had to go thru door dash which makes no sense cause door dash didn?t bring me thewrong order they made my pizza incorrectly. Terrible service wouldn?t recommend going there they couldn?t even have looked atthe order ticket when they made my pizza. Read more
