Wow is all I got to say! Food was amazing. Whatever they put on this salmon dish is incredible, not to mention the sauce that... comes on the side. So good. I’d put it up against any 5 star seafood restaurants salmon dish, any day of the week. Food pricesare more than fair, especially for the amount of food you get. Drinks, apps and entrees. Interesting atmosphere. Got patted down by "security" prior to entering. Bartender advised us to sit... where ever. After taking a seat, it took over 10+ minutes to receive menus and give a drink order. Slow service unfortunatelybut otherwise good food and tasty drinks. Read more
Update 2022: from 5 stars to 2 All taps out and they served fried pickles so hot they burned my mouth. The back gate was locked... with master lock so massive fire hazard. No small plates for sharing, random glassware, plastic ware. Green beans contain meatnot listed on menu. There's plenty of great spots in Columbus to have a great dining experience. I don't think this place isthat. Old review: Can't wait to go back. Food was so good and they have lots of different options. Chef came out to pickcress and chives growing in the back patio area, so cool. They also came out later to ask us how the food was. I love when thathappens at a restaurant, it is great to have the opportunity to thank the person who made the delicious food. I had the LobsterMac and it was such a good deal for $20. Everything was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. The Calamari appetizer was sogood (and the sauce that comes with is amazing), and fried pickles were great too. Their french fries are good too. I'm prettysure it's all good at this place. The ambiance was nice and casual, and super chill. The back patio area brought up memoriesfrom past dining experiences in New Orleans. Only thing I can think of is we didn't have a drink menu, then again we didn't askfor one since we went for the Truly on tap with a few white tea shots for good measure. If you are looking for a good, thick, juicy burger in Columbus, this is the place and your burger is the Juicee Lucy..good... burgers, good fries, good atmosphere. Our servers were on top of it and very good!! Will be back!! Read more
This place right here is the bomb! I’ve come here for brunch, taco Tuesday, & dinner several times. The food here is really... good. The wings are one of my favorite items, but this catfish po’boy (brunch menu) is it!! I wish they served it on theirregular menu. Oh and you gotta try the chicken biscuits which are also on their brunch menu, soooo good! The servers are reallynice despite being understaffed at times. The only 2 things I dislike about Double Take is they only have plastic silverware(????) and the music can be too loud at times making it hard to talk to the people at your own table. This was my second time eating at this establishment. The servers were friendly however it took over an hour to get our food.... The chicken tenders were really chicken nuggets style and the Mac and cheese were oily. The surf and turf were not seasoned. The restaurant wasn’t busy either. This location has great potential. I appreciate the comp drink. Read more
Went here for Happy Hour to celebrate my birthday. My friends and I had a great time. Food and drinks were great. Service took... great care of us. And the atmosphere was lit! We definitely will be back to try more things on the menu and for brunch. Read more
