My group And I were recommended this place by a friend in Texas. We literally drove from Cleveland to try it out and I must say... it?s worth the hype and more. Exceptional food, flavor and staff. Owner is fun, energetic and helpful! Great spot for adventurous food lovers looking for new... flavors and experiences. Perfect for date nights or quick bites. Had some music playing later in the night, and appears to havea patio space in the making! Easy parking and had takeout options as well. Family style portions so bring an appetite! Read more
Make sure you know your options and/or add on's..i.e., croaker vs. Tilapia...and whatever else side wise you might fancy or you... will get a choice you may not want. So be clear and specify. I also got their version of egusi but there really wasnt egusiunless order was messed up. It was more of a spinach stew (sorry pic not in my phone and took it to go)..it was good. I enoyedthe atmosphere as well. Would go again. Prices were a bit steep but the economy is whacked soooo. Read more

Where do I start from; The food here got me dreaming of food at night, that's to say it taste good. The owner of the restaurant... is so welcoming and very patient with clients. I was surprised to know most often she cooks the food herself. Visit and see foryourself, she might be the one serving you. Before you go drop your baised at the door if you are going to try a dish that isnot your traditional meal then you don't know how it's supposed to taste, because it's foreign to you and if you don't like it,don't come on here writing reviews of how it was too spicy or whatever. It's an African Restaurant, we love it spicy. One morething at this place; patience is a virtue because she likes serving her clients fresh hot food. The peanut butter soup with beef and beef spinach stew with steamed rice and fufu were flavorful and delicious! It was a busy... dinner time but the service was good! Highly recommended if you want to try authentic African foods! Read more
