My chai latte was room temp at best and called as soon as i left the drive thru to let them know. The assistant manager on duty... that day was very nice and assured me that I can return the next day at 10 or 5pm and i will get my drink replaced. I went at5pm the next day and the guy at the drive thru didn?t know what i was talking about. My name wasnt left as she promised and ifit wasnt for me still having my receipt the guy would have thought i made the whole thing up. And my chai still was still roomtemp and he said it wasnt nothing he could do. Smh who wants room temp chai! Its literally 5 coffee places in the area to choosefrom yall need to do better. I had high hopes for this dunkin location, but they were quick to prove that wrong. Burnt coffee, poor customer service, will... not be returning. Would much rather go to SweetWater down the road! Read more
They definitely don't seem prepared to be open. They could hardly take our order. We ordered 4 drinks. Gave us one drink then... asked if we were waiting for more drinks. Didn't flavor or sweeten my husband's drink like he ordered it. My cold brew tastedlike water and I asked for extra oatmilk that I didn't get. Even the two hot chocolates my kids got weren't good. Hope they getthings together because the other two dunkins in Gahanna are significantly better. This place is embarrassing compared to them. Read more
Very busy, and still working out kinks with being a brand new location, but nothing negative. Staff was working as hard as... possible. Glad to have more DD locations in Northeast Columbus. Best to order from the Dunkin app. Read more
Getting pretty lazy not even adding enough syrup to the iced coffees. Asked for lite ice and still give my iced coffee full of... ice which waters my drink down and tastes like coffee water. I was really hoping this would be the best one. But they can?t seemto get it. Not that hard to make iced coffee and add the right amount of products. Do not recommend :) The one on north Hamiltonroad is amazing and they perfect the iced coffees :) Read more

We have always gone to the older Dunkin location south on Hamilton. Today we stopped by the new location since it?s much closer... to home. The dozen donuts were awful. Shrunken, over done and barely glazed. Many of the donuts looked like they weredropped. Also ordered a coffee and it was overly sweetened and tasted burnt. Go to the old location south on Hamilton, thisnew one is not cutting it. We won?t be back. Read more
Dunkin has a good cup of coffee . I like their lattes and cappuccinos too, but their donuts are inferior.Jolly Pirate is much... better. The staff is very nice and the store is clean. I like to read and do crossword puzzles and it's not really a verycomfortable environment for that. It has no overstuffed furniture and is not really conducive to a coffee house comfyatmosphere. It's location along the traffic circle is kind of weird too. Read more
