Placed an order on door dash and was told someone else picked up the order but there had only been one driver assigned.. That... driver left the second driver got them to ?remake? the food and finally get my order burnt chicken and fish and hard fries..I?ll never order again!! Change your grease!!! Read more
Mostly clean, indoor seating. Fantastic chicken, they are normally pretty fast, depending on who you get it at the front... counter, service can be a bit lacking sometimes. Read more

I ordered from Eddys thru Grub hub and my order was not correct. I finally got thru to the store after 10 mins of calling. When... the employee said that they tried to call me about not having the potatoes (I never recieved a call from store). Then employeesaid the driver approved the substitution of the potatoes with grits. I do not believe that. It is a shame that a restaurantwith very good food doesn't care about thier customers. She blamed everything that was wrong with order on grub hub. She thenproceeded to hang up on me. So if you want food here then be prepared for bad customer service. I gave them 2 stars only becauseif you get your order correctly it is good food. Read more
Great food, terrible service. Placed a pickup order on their own website. They didn't see the order and start it until I got... there at the estimated time. It took another 12 minutes to get my food. I go out to the car and check my order, just in case,and the waffle is completely burnt. I go back inside to tell them and have to wait longer before I'm helped. They do replace thewaffle but now they forgot the butter. I ignore that and go home. The chicken and waffle is all cooked well, now, and tastesreally good. Again, good food, but had a terrible first experience. Not sure if it'll be my last. Read more
