Just okay subs are big but expensive. They taste good but not great. It's ok
It was my first time ordering food at Firehouse Subs. However, the experience was quite a letdown. The associate at the counter... did not give us too warm of a welcome. Our sandwich orders were missing pickles, there were no veggies on our subs, the wheatbread was rather too dry, and it seemed as though the subs were somewhat too small. Even with small subs, there was not reallyenough flavor packed into them to justify the price tag. Overall, I am extremely disappointed in my expectations aboutFirehouse Subs in general. EDIT: After the disappointing experience I had the first time about a couple of years ago, Ireturned to this location, and I was amazing at the different experience I had with Firehouse Subs. The Hero Sub and the Hookand Ladder subs were plentiful of toppings, there was a lot of meat and cheese, and the wheat bread was very soft and easy tobite into. Definitely a lot of flavor built into the subs, and sure, there was a bit of a wait, but the wait was well worth it!The staff was very friendly and gave us a pleasant experience there. Thank you so much for allowing me to give you guys asecond chance. I have had a change of heart and finally would recommend people try out the amazing subs that Firehouse Subs haveto offer! Read more

I have to start by saying this is not a normal experience. However, seriously doubting consistency and accuracy at this point.... Ordered two subs today, asked for pickle spears (didn't get them), asked for jalapeño (got exactly 5 slices on an entire largesub) and lettuce (it's on there...very little...but c'mon its lettuce) and each sub was shorted over an inch of meat on eachend. Obviously didn't see this until I got home and I'm not wasting my time driving back. Guess I'll have to "settle", but thisis not acceptable especially at $10 a pop. Read more
Really good value for money. You can pick the size of the sub you want, depending on how hungry you are and you get to pick and... use whichever hot sauce you like. They have a great selection of hot sauces from mildly hot, to really hot. Each bottle is alsonumbered with its spiciness level to help you quickly choose. Read more
7:30 pm walked in, waited 5 minutes. Looked around. It was a bit of a mess. Behind the counter could have used wiped down. Soda... machine was really dirty from some kind of spillage No one ever came out from the back (we could hear them) so we left withoutordering anything at all. They can have 2 stars because normally I like the food. But a dirty restaurant and bad service costthem 3 stars. Read more
