I strongly recommend this place. I took my boyfriend here for the 1st time as he's from Michigan. I explained to the employee... that was taking out order that he's never been there before and he ki dly and patiently walked my boyfriend through the process.My boyfriend said that he absolutely loved rhe food!! Great service! Trying the Sweet and Spicy Meatball Sub! I like it.
It's sad when you try to customize your sub and employees can't even follow the instructions. No ranch, jalapeños, a single... piece of an onion, two banana peppers and I had to pay 12 dollars. The other sub had no mushrooms or caramelized onions. Read more
I love when there is a chance to support locals, and firefighters and they make all of there sauce and there are like twenty to... choose from, for the sandwiches, and the customer service was great and the food came out fast. I hope this helps you out andhave a great day. Read more
This was my first time ever going to Firehouse Subs and I will keep coming back! The customer service from the two ladies at the... front counter was excellent! I wish I would have asked their names. I told one of them it was my first time there and sheexplained all the different sub sizes, toppings and sides. Then the other lady rang me up and made my sub and was so politethrough the whole process. They both had great attitudes and were very welcoming! Hard to find nowadays! Read more
Friendly staff with amazing subs ! Dining room is always clean and the chip selection is always well a stocked !
Philly cheese steak was much too salty, almost to the point of being uneatable. I could not finish the sub.
