CREDIT CARD FEE AT CHECKOUT!? I go to Gallo's all the time. Food is always good and satisfactory service. However, tonight my... wife and I and a friend got our checks and were charged 3.5% CC fee on the total purchase before we even laid down a creditcard! It was the last line item, was hidden if you're not paying attention, and given this was the first time I've seen it onthe bill, it could have easily been missed. When I asked the server about it, she rolled her eyes and said "I know, we juststarted doing it a few months ago". If your servers are reacting this way, it means your customers are the ones expressing thedeception to them. *hint, hint* How is this not a cost of doing business? Merchant and interchange fees have always been thereand haven't changed much, so why put this on your customer to pay all of a sudden? Increase prices if you need to, fine, atleast the price is the price up front. COVID had passed so don't blame the pandemic, it's too easy. But don't surprise yourregular paying customers by tacking on a last min additional charge. It's not the couple bucks, it's the principle, and ifyou're charging your customer for YOUR merchant fees, it's just tacky and a bad business move. You'll lose customers over this,trust me. We stopped for lunch after running an errand in the area. It was so much nicer than what we expected from the outside! Nice,... comfortable surroundings with lots of TVs. I had the Sal the Buthcher which was great. Everyone else at the table enjoyed theirentrees. We will return when in the area. Read more

Very good food, Beer and service! The Bangkok Shrimp is excellent I highly recommend!

So we almost left because we waited for over 30 minutes to get waited on, but we stayed and it was worth the wait. The burger,... fries, wings and Italian Sub (Sal the Butcher) were all delicious. Very disappointed with my experience tonight. I called in an order to go, my 4 year old loves mozzarella sticks and their... Bangkok shrimp is amazing. However, the encounter that I had with either the hostess or a server wasn?t great. I arrived around9:45 and waited at the hostess stand until she approached me, there was no greeting or offer to help. The girl immediately saysto me that the kitchen closed at 9:45, I told her that I had already called in an order. She says okay and proceeds to walk backto the kitchen area, I?m waiting at the hostess stand thinking that she is grabbing my order. I wait for about 5-7 minutes, thenthe bartender asks me if she could help me, I told her I think the girl was grabbing my food, but I had a to go order. Thebartender was friendly and asked for my name, she grabbed my food that order that sitting behind the bar area. Then the othergirl had walked right past me. The whole time, my food was sitting at the bar. This was my first time calling in an order, so Iwas unaware that I had to go to the bar to get my food, but the girl was so pressed to tell me the kitchen was closed and didn?teven bother to say I had to go to the bar to retrieve my food. We had an end of the year staff celebration at Gallos/Bethel. We had a great time. The staff was attentive and while we had... quite a few people there, they never seemed overwhelmed. The food choices were diverse and served quickly (and hot). Definitely plan to go back soon Read more

This place has it all. Upscale dining qt fair prices. I loved their three pigs pizza. It was delectable and unique. The wings... were nice and crispy the way I like thfm.qnd I didn't even have to ask. Our server did an outstanding job. Great food, greatservice, great atmosphere. Great prices. This place is great !
