This was my first time ever having deep dish pizza. I ordered a small Chicago classic and absolutely loved it. Ingredients were... fresh and didn't feel like it was too much sauce or cheese. However there was a minor mess up on the pizza. I ordered peppers onhalf the pizza and it came out with full pepper. Not a big deal however the server made sure this was corrected immediately. Itold him I'm not mad or anything. He had the manager come over and personally apologize for the issue and gave my wife and Imultiple options to remedy the minor inconvenience. When we were leaving the server explained the best methods for reheating ourleftover pizza which I thought was really cool. He wrote down the instructions on the box. All in all great experience and foodwould recommend to anyone. And the small pizza is perfect size for two people. Read more

I love this pizza! However, my recent order was a huge disappointment, as you can see from my photos. The good news is I called... them to complain and they made it right without any hassle. They gave me a credit for my next order. Read more

Mmm mmmm good! That sums up Giordano's Chicago style pizza. It's been years since I've been close to any Giordano's. Happily... found this one accidentally. The thick pizza crust. The stringy cheese. The satisfying taste of a Chicago style pizza. Thatbest describes our experience. Read more

We went there because my wife was craving deep dish pizza and we didn?t try Giordano?s in Chicago knowing there was one in back... Columbus. The pizza was different than the one we had in Chicago. However, it was very good and we cannot complain. I wouldprobably prefer the other, but I wasn?t disappointed after this experience. Additionally, the waiter was extremely nice and madeour dining experience even better. We really enjoyed our night and for sure we will go there again for deep dish pizza! Read more

I was told it was cheese?. Wow!!! Once my pizza was finally done they brought it out in a to go box!!! I had to get up and ask to have a pizza knife like all theother quest sitting around us!!!!! Giordano?s is a Chicago-style pizza chain that opened in Polaris area a few years back. The service and food are both top tier.... Chicago-style deep dish pizza is their main focus and most popular, but they do also specialize in thin crust and extra thincrust if you decide you can?t eat anything but Columbus-style pizza. The appetizers are fantastic, too. We had the cheesy bread, and the salads are super fresh. Ask for John if you?re able ? best server ever. Keep in mind that for deep dish pizza, you orderit first and it takes roughly 30 minutes or so to bake. So, keep that in mind, and allot for that time in your plans. Order somecocktails, chat it up in this family-friendly atmosphere while you patiently await the cheesy goodness. You won?t regret tryingthem out! Read more

This is a nice place with a good bit of buzz on a Friday evening. We had a fabulous server (Rian) and really enjoyed his... service. The food however, is average. We liked the garlic parmesan fries and the parmesan crusted pizza. The chicken nuggetswere way too saucy and the deep dish pizza felt like it lacked flavor and was not very hot when it arrived. So, the cheese hadbegun to solidify and affect the overall eating experience. Read more

Just as good as getting it in Chicago! Calamari was delicious and had fried lemon slices and banana peppers in it. If you?ve... never had a fried lemon slice, you?re missing out. We struggled to eat two pizza slices each so if you don?t want leftovers, geta small pizza to share. They also have thin crust and pan pizza but I can?t imagine not getting the traditional deep dish. It?samazing and soo cheesy. ???? Read more
