I had been craving honey walnut chicken all day, so I took a chance and ordered from Golden Chopsticks. What a disappointment.... First of all, the girls working the register couldn?t even be bothered to look up when I approached the counter and made mestand there awkwardly for a minute before even looking at me. Then when I got home, the food wasn?t even what I had been cravingso badly. What I was expecting was crispy battered chicken with creamy honey sauce and walnuts. What I got is some kind ofsautéed chicken with a generic savory sauce and honeyed walnuts. I then tasted my boyfriend?s teriyaki chicken and realizedthat it was the exact same sauce. Honestly, do yourself a favor and go to New Asian Wok on Sullivant - way friendlier family runjoint with much better food. Read more

I place an order over the phone, they tell me 15 minutes. I get there and they said they don't have my order. The kid asked if I... called the right location, which is a legit question. So I called the number again and the phone rings, my number shows up. Sowhere is my order? I spoke with a human when I called so who took the call? No one wants to fess up and of course they have nomanager on duty. They wasted my time and I have no food. They lost my business! Read more
Get a better phone system. Second time in a row, I ordered 2 of the same order. Just to have one sent. Ive had to share my... meal twice because they cant hear orders with their phone. I have other options and going to use them. Very upset. Read more
My mom and I ordered takeout for lunch today and both ordered the War Su Gai. I am kind of pick on loving gravy from most places... but the gravy was DELICIOUS! Chicken Pad Thai was delicious. I asked about the ingredients before ordering and asked them to make it without onion. No... problem. Not only was it great pad Thai, but the most chicken I have ever seen in an order. ??. They also confirmed I wantedpeanuts on top, so that was a bonus (I do, but I know that would benefit other customers). It's not spicy, so if you want ithot you need to let them know. The restaurant was clean. There is an aquarium with cute little turtle to watch while you waitand a couple flat screen TVs.
