Let me say I drove around the building and seen kids, I almost pulled out. Nothing serious but I don?t have much patience for a... bunch of kids when I?m in a rush back to work. So I park and a young man comes and opens the door for me and I?m like ???? am Ibeing punked right now? Just as I seen from outside, kids. They was prompt though and yes, there was some discussion about anXbox but let me tell you, this manager should be proud of these kids. They served promptly and they had my order outfresh. I?m not usually a Hardees fan but it was the closest thing to my job and they did not disappoint. Keep working, youngmen. I hope kids like you are our future ?? Read more
The food was so incredibly fresh and good. The quality is definitely worth the trip to enjoy their lovely fries and chicken... fingers. The burgers are amazing as well. Did not dissapoint! Read more
Hardee?s I?m not sure exactly what I expected but it certainly was more than this. The location was clean enough and gave me... just enough confidence to try the food out. That?s where things began to go downhill. We were catfished by a prerecorded, happy,voiceover greeting at the drive through only for it to be followed by a sad defeated voice of an actual person asking us bluntlywhat we wanted. We were strangely asked to pull forward to an indeterminate location and await our order even though nocustomers were in sight. My colleague was then chastised by the staff (having to walk to our car) for having pulled forward tothe wrong location although he was given no instructions. Shrugging off our experience at the drive through we maintained ourhope that maybe the food could turn around this experience. Sadly our hopes were dashed the instant the grease stained bag wasuncrumpled. I order the Frisco burger, although as soon as I unwrapped the sandwich it looked as if the staff decided to giveme the ?farmers tan? sandwich. A cold burger, between two pieces of bread that strangely looked like they had been toasted withthe wrapper on giving it the look of a farmers tan line (see picture). To add insult to my sadness, I will tell futuregenerations of my family about how disgusting the fries were. An oily, soppy, unsalted, blob of tastelessness. I?m certain thatyou have heard this before but I?m not mad I?m just disappointed. Please just do better. Read more
Visited the Hardee's off Williams Road and South High Street! Had nice delicious fresh food! Happy to have this location in... town and not have to drive to Dayton in order to enjoy Hardee's! Read more
Food is good.. The staff are very rude.. WANTED some extra napkins.. HAD to fight tooth and nail and practically had to have the... police called for a simple request for some paper condiment products.. SAMANTHA WAS VERY NICE.. The "Manager" said she did nothave a name as she so stated.. Even when I called.. hmmm.. Their Corporate Headquarters is aware.. Let's see how Hardee'shandles a rude and somewhat brash Manager who as no name.. Called the restaurant at 4:29 pm on September 30th and yet again whenyou ask for a person's name they refuse to give it.. Was very cordial.. explained that there was a review and for some reasonthe original drive thru pictures were not on the post.. reposted them again.. I told them my name.. A couple few times in theconversation.. I'm John M. Johnson.. NOT asking much.. IS it against company policy to announce their name.. Do your employeeswear name tags.. Is it part of a daily uniform requirement or inspection.. I worked fast food management and other managementpositions.. Sort of rude in my opinion not to be able to address them properly.. I went here off of south high, an was given this as the meal. I only ordered a 3 piece chicken tender. I drove from the west... side to south high st, to get this as a meal. Always disappointed. An the cashier. Touched her bar(so she had to go inside hershirt to do that) an then grab the rest of my food. Never again. Read more
I visited this place yesterday evening and it was quite the experience overall it was normal for Hardee?s especially on south... high st French fries where a bit greasy and restaurant could use some attention with drink machine and floors bedding mopedoverall staff looked like they just rolled out of bed with there pajamas unprofessional they did refuse make half the things onthe menu claiming the fryer was haveing issue but still managed make Frenchfries hmm go figure anyhow the most concerning partwas before I finished eating I had seen two employees take loby chairs outside and begin to light something up a pipe possiblyhard tell at this point I was ready to leave and thought it was disgusting that staff thought it was appropriate to ?smoke?outside the entrance everytime someone came it it just came right on in And smelled up the place. I have never seen such athing happen and definitely wouldn?t recommend eating here Read more
