Wow... I thought my experiences with them cancelling my orders, lop-sided pizzas, and missing items was unique! I thought it was... a series of unfortunate luck --- but it's NORMAL? Everyone gets ripped off and intentionally offended?? Wow. Really good vegan pizza! But the employees are trash. Second time ordering through door dash they gave us 8/10 wings. Third time... we got 7/10 wings and missing sides of ranch that were 50 cents a piece. We called to let them know and the guy laughed at us.Last time trying to order over the phone the employee seemed as though we were bothering him with our call, and that was afterwe had to call twice to get through to them. Tried to order High Horse Vegan a few times on DoorDash. Two different times, they confirmed and I waited over an hour before... they cancelled my order. .. after several frustrating attempts, we finally tried the Pizza. it was pretty good for vegan. I would give it a 0 out of 5 but it's not possible. I placed an order online and it was cancelled, no text, no call , nothing.... So I tried calling the store and the answered after the 5th try and picked up and left the phone off the hook to where I wastalking to nobody. Then called again and they did the same thing. Then called 3 more times and they answered with such hostilitysaying "we are clearly busy, it's going to take an hour for your pie, what do you want" at that point I asked to speak to amanager and they hung up on me. Best Vegan Pizza I?ve ever had. The wings, I?d say the same. I won?t mention the Vegan Ranch; gotta leave some surprises. ;)
Love that I have a delicious vegan option for pizza!! The wings and ranch are just as good - my favorite vegan ranch!!
I ordered vegan pizza. He told me to wait 45 min I waited and went back to check if it's ready after 1 hour. Another person... told me 5 more min. I have been waiting the whole time and went back up and he told me since we have backed up order I don'tknow when the cook is gonna put it in.
