Overall, I like Hot Head, and for the most part this location is pretty good. The only frustrating thing, though, is placing an... order for a future time doesn't seem to work. On my most recent visit on 6/13, I arrived 10 minutes early since I've had thisissue before. My food was already done and sitting on the counter, which does not have a heat lamp from what I can tell.Lukewarm at best. I'd honestly recommend just ordering live. I come here almost weekly when im working in the office! Food is always fresh tasting, workers are friendly, and im in and out... in less than 5 minutes. I'll always choose Hot Heads over chiptole when given the opportunity to do so! Read more
Used to eat here fairly often. Sad to see the staff feels its acceptable to put no effort into a delivery order. Got a bowl that... arrived cold, missing an ingredient, and less than half full because the put in almost no rice. Not ordering from here everagain. Read more

I love hot heads but the Hilliard location barely gives you enough for your money. This is considered a full size burrito to... them which is literally the same size of a small burrito but cost more. Would not recommend this location go elsewhere. Read more
I would rate this 5 stars if it weren't for one thing. I don't know if he is the management or what, but there is this old guy... in there a few days a week. He skimps everyone on meat. I checked after I got home. The full ???? has two teaspoons worth. TheLil' bowl had a tablespoon at best. One of the tacos I could barely find meat in it! On top of that upcharge for a large drinkfor a kids meal... When I go in and he is not there I never have complained. Food is good. That one guy just makes everythingsuck. Read more
Their food has been terrible for last year, but especially last few weeks. Hot head is my favorite chain ever. Best food and... combos and sauces. But this Hilliard location is beyond terrible. Down right negligent. They have the worst food you could get.Not just for hot head. Orders are wrong. They'll even make it wrong in front of you if you go in the store - you have to holdtheir hand through a simple order. Don't bother with hot head in Hilliard. Bad management. Bad execution.
