Horrible horrible terrible customer service from the female manager. I have been here many times I would like to share and have... never had a problem. The food is great and the chefs are really nice. I wanted to get a take out meal today and was not greetedby a hostess, server, or manager. I was not asked to wait or informed that they were not able to assist me. There were 2 groupsof people that walked in after me and they waitress took those people and sat them down at a table before even asking me what Ineeded help with. Finally, the manager herself came to help me and I stated that I wanted a take out order, but that I wanted toknow that wait time for 1 meal before I actually placed the order. She stated I had to order before she could tell me a waittime while being completely disrespectful and hostile. I asked her why we were not greeted in a reasonable time frame and whileother people were helped before us who came in after and she said that the lady working is not a hostess and she didn't see usstanding there. While she did apologize for that ,she was very very mean for the rest of our interaction with her . I reallylove their food which is why after all that I was still willing to place my order and wait while they made it, but whenever sheraised her voice at me after not knowing if I wanted the lunch or the dinner serving of a particular dish, I decided to leaveout of disgust. Never have I been treated so horribly at a restaurant by a MANAGER! I'm blown away at the terrible mistreatment.Everyone is allowed a bad day, but you should value your customers more. Read more

The "Head chef" made our lunch today and something was very wrong with the rice. I think he over did the oil which is why it... tasted so bad and looked very light in color. The woman who is the manager acknowledged that she has seen us eat there manytimes and still treated us as if we made the whole thing up, despite never complaining before. She blamed us for not sayinganything sooner, we told the server the first time we were asked how it tasted. We didn't eat our meal and she charged us fullprice. My husband complained and she took off $2.00. I have seen this woman scream at her staff from across the restaurant fornot standing at the front many times. For a restaurant that isn't very busy you would think she would be nice to repeatcustomers. We won't be back. Read more

Owner was rude as hell... Told one of her staff to use her brain stupid. Very disrespectful you shouldn't talk to anyone like... that. The staff was friendly with my family and I , but the food was salty and the yum yum sauce didn't taste like yum yum sauceat all. I had steak and chicken with fried rice and noodles. The steak tasted old and so did the noodles. The restaurant didn'tseem clean either. The floor in the whole restaurant was very sticky. They should clean there drink fountain. There was smallblack particles floating in my pink lemonade. I wouldn't visit this restaurant again. It wasn't a good experience for me at all. Read more

Come here at least once a month, sometimes more. We have decided not to come back here again after the experience we had I've... gotten spoiled ginger sauce a month ago which made me sick. Several times I have refused to eat it because it tastes like it'sgoing bad. It's only made fresh once a week. Service is getting horrible. Don't even refill drinks most of the time. Usuallyalways have to tell the cook to pass out ginger and yum yum sauce, everytime... Portions vary from cook. Place isn't clean. Oldfood is always around the walls on the floor. Grill is only partially cleaned everything we come. For the price you pay, theservice, food and cleanliness is not worth the money. Read more
