I would say I has an overall good experience here, not excellent but I would come back. I ordered the Poblana bowl and two... banana pancakes with coffee. My total was $17.97 not including tip. I liked how the coffee came in a pitcher at the table so youcould pour yourself a refill. They had advertised an App to earn rewards and I downloaded it. Upon checking out I was not ableto use my gift card to pay in the App. So I did not receive the points for my order. The service was good, a bit rushed but itwas a Sunday morning I get it. IHOP at sawmill is a decent place to be here for breakfast, we have been there for quite a few weekends in 2022, and we like... it?s consistency and their services. Most of its egg items are really nice!! French Toast, Omelettes and Pancakes are alwaysgreat. It has good services and cleanliness too! Read more
I ordered the New York cheesecake pancakes and as i was eating them i felt a sting of hair in my mouth. I was extremely... disgusted and threw literally what i had in my mouth up. This so so disgusting and unprofessional. There should never be hair orany foreign object in my food let alone any one?s else food. I would never order from here again. Read more
Great place, friendly service, clean inside, clean restrooms, lots of parking space available. But difficult to reach as it is... located inside from the main road. Food was good tasted good. Priced ok for the quantity and quality. I would recommend thisIHOP location. Open 24 hrs. They do have door dash delivery available. Read more
This IHOP used to be my favorite location, but I hadn?t been here since the pandemic started and I was disappointed. I don?t if... they were following CDC guidelines, but it didn?t seem like it. I felt there were too many people sitting too close. Thepancakes were hard around the edges. The eggs left a lot to be desired. After waiting for so long to get our food you?d think itwould be amazing. Although our waitress was polite I didn?t like that she was stack plates on food to bring them out to thetable. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was pleasant. I would advise anyone reading this to go to a different IHOP. Read more
The staff is friendly, but you may have to wait to be seated if you go later in the day or during a holiday. One of my friends... and I eat there for Thanksgiving sometimes, and we usually have most of the place to ourselves. There are not that many veganoptions aside from potatoes and sauteed vegetables and a side of rice, but if you order enough portions, it's technically ameal. My friend loves the pancakes there, and he liked the egg, hash browns, and sausage too. Read more
