Ordered no contact #1 driver insisted on knocking on my door! My food was poorly bagged! I ordered 2 giants and both my... sandwiches extended at least 6 inches from the bag! I called the store and spoke with Lyndsey the ?manager? and told her Ineeded this fixed. Never have I ever experienced such bad customer service. Out of the last three orders that I have placed for delivery, I got a... call saying that they had no delivery drivers. Freaky fast? Naaaa.. for one order I was already waiting for delivery 25 minslater when I got the call. The first I was able to pick up no problem, but the last two, I was unable and asked to have theorders canceled. Although I was told that the orders would be canceled, they were not and I had to go through the whole processof requesting a refund through my bank. This location is not normally bad in the afternoons but in the evenings that's when you get to deal with Hawa and her other... coworkers cussing and having conversations with each other while interrupting you. Completely unprofessional. No one forces youto work, you applied. She can stop with the nasty attitude. Please get her off the phones and let her just make the sandwiches. Read more

I go here about 1-2 times a month, they are typically miserable. more importantly, they forget bacon on my sandwich almost... every single time I order. It's fantastic. I love paying 2$ extra for something they literally forget to put on every time. Read more
I see why this location is so poorly rated. They totally messed up our order. I called 3 times before they finally decided to... answer the phone. And when they sent the replacement order, they still messed it up. I will never order from this locationagain, and it will honestly make me think twice before I order from ANY Jimmy John's again, because Jersey Mike's is the sameprice, better quality, and they never mess up my order.
