Called to place an order for pick up. And they were just plain rude. I ended up just hanging up and going somewhere else to eat.... I know everyone is understaffed but if I?m being pleasant and nice on the phone there is no reason to be so short. Update 2022- decided to give this location another shot and ordered a sandwich for delivery. I put in my order at 1:16pm. It is now 2:46pmand the order tracker says it isn't even out for delivery yet. I've tried calling the location 4 times now and they are notanswering the phone. I wont be ordering from them again. Wish I could give 0 stars. Never got my delivery. Dude said that he personally delivered it. I checked my door multiple times.... Trust the reviews. Never order from this garbage jimmy johns. Read more

Ordered for delivery. After a hour called to check on delivery. Was told driver just walked out door with food. After another... hour the manager called to say driver had flat tire. The store is less than a 1/2 mile from my house. According to the reviewsthis is a common problem with this location. I will no longer be ordering from them. Owners of store, please do not leave you'regeneric reply. It's insulting. I better receive my refund to my account. That is all. Read more

A male employee offered for us to tip him through his Venmo app so that we get our sandwiches free. Once he made the sandwiches... he double down and tried to get us to pay him for the sandwiches through his personal Venmo. He also kept talking about how nicemy fiancee smelled and it made her very uncomfortable. Read more

I usually love Jimmy Johns sandwiches but I had a negative experience at this location. In the delivery instructions I asked the... driver to ring the doorbell, knock, or call me when they arrived; they did none of these and put the sandwich in a difficult tosee place so I did not know they had delivered it for an hour after I ordered. Then I noticed that the sandwich was missingtomatoes, was not cut in half as I requested, and did not include a pickle which I paid for or napkins which I requested. Itried calling 5 times and no one picked up until the 5th time. The person over the phone was not very considerate and asked whatI would like them to do about the issue. I asked for them to re-deliver the correct sandwich order and the pickle, and to againlet me know when they arrived. They again did not alert me when they arrived. The second time, the sandwich and the pickle werethere, but the sandwich was poorly wrapped, very sub-par in its ingredients, and the bread tasted under-baked; I could barelyfinish it. What is wrong with this jimmy johns? Ordered online only to find a sign on the door at pickup that said "delivery run, be back... shortly". What kind of place offers delivery and pick up in store with only one person working. Very disappointing. Def wouldn'ttrust an employee like this to handle my food. Never had any issues at any other locations but will not be be back to this one. Read more

I ordered online over a week ago and later received a call saying it would be an hour because they had an issue with the driver.... Two hours later, it said out for delivery. I waited until 1AM for this order and it never came. I waited 3 hours in total. Icalled the next day for a refund but they gave me $15 of in-store credit, ONLY for that store. So I have called 5 other timessince that to ask for a refund instead of the in-store credit since I am leaving columbus soon. They always say "I will giveyour info to the manager and they will reach out to you soon" It has been almost 2 weeks since then and still nothing. I haveleft input through the jimmy johns website numerous times. At this point I don't know what to do. I want my money back. Read more
