Overall a hole in the wall pizza place that had the potential to be very good. However did not live up to expectations. The... pizza was extremely greasy to the point where it took about 5 to 6 napkins just to get some of the grease off. The salad lookedpretty good. I have always been a repeat customer of Joseppi?s. Tonight when I ordered I said extra sauce and they gave me 3x the extra sauce... so much that we are unable to even eat it. We called to inform them of their mistake and they tell us it?s nothing they can dobecause we asked for 3x the sauce which is untrue. I informed them we could bring it back and then they could remake it butstill noooooooo there is nothing they can do. There prices have went up and because of their mistake I have paid almost $20 fora pizza my family can?t eat. Why eat somewhere where they can?t fix their mistakes and make things right for the money theycharge. I had really enjoyed Joseppi?s which was the only place I went for pizza but I don?t think I will be returning orrecommending this place to anyone I know. Always good food. Unless they burn it. But they replace it. Just wish the entrance and waiting area was more clean and inviting.... My son wanted candy from the candy machine. Then opted out because it grossed him out. Atleast he ate the food we ordered. Lol Read more

So I ordered a pizza and sub on 9/16/2022. Order#56. The food was delicious but my complaint is with my interaction with the... delivery driver. This young lady made a comment about the decals on the back of my van and I just want her to know..........that I'm sorry I didn't have more cash for a bigger tip. She was very polite and she agreed with the statement my van made and Ijust wish I could've tipped her bigger. I'm so sorry, please keep the mindset you have. This country needs us. Mushrooms was not fried they are baked and not baked all the way through mushy in spots, cheese bread look like hot dog buns... with ?cheese? on top that was no edible! Pizza was very very greasy! Its sad joseppis use to be my favorite place to eat! Calledto complain and was told i could get a half of credit even though i wanted to bring all the food back to get a full refund. Called after I received my pizza to speak to a manager to let her know it was very lightly baked and if I could get a new one... cooked normal or a little longer. She stated there was nothing wrong with it so she would not make me a new one. I had no energyto go back and forth. If they serve lightly baked pizza and consider it normal baked who am I to judge.
