Came here to get food for my wife and it was the second KFC that was out of quite a few chicken items which is not a big deal... because that is common around bigger cities and I understand that so no complaints from me but luckily I was still able to gether what she wanted minus her honey mustard sauce because I forgot to ask for it LOL. Order a Mac & Cheese bowl got to the window the lady said we are waiting on popcorn chicken I said that was fine . I?m waiting... get my order the Mac and cheese was luck warm like it was sitting in the bowl while I was waiting on chicken . Now when I atethe chicken it was warm to. This was a horrible experience. The manager (in glasses) didn't want to take my order in a walk-up, I was the only one in line... and in the drive-thru. She said she is not going back-and-forth, between register, she made get in my car and go to thedrive-thru, she said they don't pay her enough for that. This was around 2 pm, I ordered a Mac and cheese bowl. In the bowl wasMac and cheese along with corn and gravy and popcorn chicken. I told her corn and gravy don't belong there. She said it's onlyone scoop of corn and gravy do come with it. I said but it's a Mac and cheese bowl. Not mash potatoes bowl. The level of professionalism this employee displayed REALLY WAS SHOCKING.(BEYOND RUDE) Clapping and banging the counter while... speaking to customers over her headset. We all are in a position at times when we are short staffed. Please remind this womanthat she filled out the application to work for KFC and that the same people she continues to be rude and curt with whileworking, are the same ones that keep her employed. I do hope this reaches her and her staff. Using language that is unacceptableand ignoring customers isn't the way to go. We all have bad days, especially in customer service. Being nasty and mean when acustomer asks questions about the menu does not warrant the type of behavior that I witnessed. Read more
Horrible location. Went tonight 6/8/22 around 10PM, and was confused because all of the lights appeared to be off even though it... says this location closes at 11PM. So I pulled around anyway. The employee taking my order acted as if there were no fries, nobiscuits and the only side they had was mashed potatoes. She did not greet me, thank me or anything and seemed to be rushing thewhole time. Horrible customer service. The chicken was ok the mashed potatoes were disgusting, flavorless and almost tastedwatery. Read more
The women in the driver through was so so rude. We asked her a question. Didn?t hear anything back so we repeated our question... and she came back rudely and i said ? I literally just told you? and repeated it again all fast. We nicely said ?oh we didn?thear you? for the record the mic must?ve not been working properly or she never really said it.
