Got brunch, chicken and waffles was good. Pictures are a year apart. Still good but waffle was better last year. $2 mimosas and... $5 bloody Mary's. As a brewery only 4 beers of their own on tap. This was a bit of a mixed bag for us. They have a very extensive beer menu, but only one of the beers was actually theirs.... Unfortunately it wasn?t a type I would try, but I was able to find something else on their menu. We had the nachos (notpictured) and they were phenomenal. I would order these every single time. The fried chicken sandwich was okay. We did not enjoythe meatball hoagie, but couldn?t exactly pinpoint what was wrong. It just tasted off and the bread was so soggy it justdisintegrated. We tried this place for the 1st time this weekend and were very disappointed. My ribs were good and the salad dressing was good... and that was about it! My family got French Dip sandwiches and the fish and chips all of which tasted like they had beenreheated a few times so the textures were all wrong. Some parts of the meat and cheese on the sandwich was burnt and so hard itwas inedible. The description (and price!) for the French Dip sounded really good and special--there was nothing special aboutthis sandwich; the meat was dry and flavorless. Even the fries were not good--not crispy AT ALL and their color looked like theyhave not changed their fryer oil in a while. Very poor quality food for what the bill came out to. What a great neighborhood spot! The food is consistent, delicious and simple. Its always nice when restaurants don't try to over... complicate things and stick to the classics. Knotty Pine brewing offers both (trendy and Classic). Great atmosphere, laid backand an awesome patio. The prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend the walleye sandwich as well the soft pretzels to start.My wife and I will be back soon! Read more
Brunch food is quite good for the price, and the mimosas are also good value. They arent very flexible with substitutions on... menu items so check it out beforehand and make sure theres something you want as-is. Service isn't great usually. We had a longwait for a table even though there was one waiting for cleaning on the patio when we got there. We also had long wait for foodonce seated. Dinner food isn't anything special but it's good enough for a casual dinner and couple beers/seltzers. Read more
Really should be 3.5 stars. Staff was very friendly but our server wasn?t very attentive, only saw him a few times during our... visit. House beers were ok but nothing special. Food was good and reasonably priced. I?m glad I can check it off my list ofbreweries but not sure if there will be another visit. Fresh ingredients, awesome menu, unique service system but it works unbeknownst to me as to how but it is pretty efficient. The... bar is huge and they work out very well! Took my family there and had a great time! Perfect place to go for sports and goodpeople, in my opinion. Read more
