Pretty sure this place lies about technical problems at the start of day to avoid working. Sometimes I show up and there's... a handwritten note on the drive-thru saying the fryer is down. I pulled up Monday morning and was told "the system is down"while the 2 employees on duty were smoking cigarettes outside. I wasn't born yesterday, I did this same exact stuff when Iworked customer service. I was like 20 tho, not 40 or 50. This place needs an entirely new staff...of automated machines. Read more

Customer service is garbage. Was placing my order through the drive thru, one truck in front of me. No cars in the parking... lot. The cashier was very short and rude; acted as if they were slammed with customers. I couldn?t finish my order. Had tocheck myself to see if I was doing something wrong. Nope! Got to the window and asked the girl at the window who took my orderand she said ?I did?. Asked why was she so rude, she just looked and told me how much my order was and I asked to speak to themanager she said she was the manager and asked if I wanted the food or not - Girl, bye! Terrible customer service at the Broad Street Branch strictly by the General Manager. My mom placed and paid for a large order... of donuts 4 days ago for an event that she always is excited to be part of "Trick or Treat for Food". She is responsible fordonut holes and cider for the trick or treaters; and she also ordered a few holiday decorated glazed donuts for the helpers.Well, my dad went to the E. Broad store to pick up the order and to his surprise, they were "sold out". He showed the managerthe confirmation email and told her that she had already paid for the order. The manager responded, "Well, we are sold out, youshould have called and confirmed". And her solution was to refund the money, instead of giving us a better solution for ourevent in 5 hours. I called and asked for a better solution, such as calling other Krispy Kreme locations near by to see if theycan help fulfill the order, or help us find alternatives. She told me "I have better things to do than to listen to you cry overdonut holes. Call corporate." Seriously..... very nice.... now we are scrambling to fill our commitment for my moms event andto make sure these trick or treaters are not without their beloved and highly anticipated donut holes. This has put a very sourtaste of Krispy Kreme donuts in our mouths. Thanks Mrs. GM of E. Broad Street for no help at all. Corporate will be hearing fromus. If you have a business and product that spreads so much joy and happiness, you should not have an employee that ruins yourmission by being sour and unprofessional!!!!!! Read more

Adna at the drive thru window had fabulous customer service skills. Please reward her because she was very accommodating for me.... She made a perfect substitute. It made me come back, when I thought I never would. Read more

Probably the worst customer service I've ever had. The server at the speaker was audibly confused and greeted me with a list of... unavailable donuts (which included the majority of the menu). When I placed my order, the server disappeared for several secondsbefore a second voice said, "Welcome to Krispy Kreme, how can I help you?" I have no idea what happened and nothing wascommunicated to me. This Krispy Kreme is rarely ever open, and when it is, it closes at random hours. I have literally neverbeen able to get service here. Placed an order for delivery, two dozen donuts and two three packs. The two dozen I was planning on taking into work in the... morning but the two three packs were the only ones delivered. One of the select your own wasn?t even correct. $40 for 6 donuts.Don?t even bother trying to call to address the issue as they won?t answer the phones. Take your money elsewhere. Read more
