I've never had a bad experience at a Kung Fu Tea before visiting this location. I ordered the "Kirby", which comes with Berry... crystal bubbles. They were out of the bubbles which is fine, and offered me normal crystal bubbles as a replacement. When Ipointed out that they were charging me $0.95, they told me it was company policy and there was nothing they could do about it. Ibelieve that the employees were instructed to treat it this way, but I don't believe that it's corporate policy. Seems to me tobe pure greed from the franchise owner. Very disappointed and won't be returning to this location. I can only imagine how manypeople they've fleeced without them noticing. Read more

So tasty, I ended up going back two hours later for the Rosehip Milk Tea with Coffeepopping bubbles! They both were super good. Read more
