This is the worst Little Caesars I have ever been to. The staff is rude, they messed up my order ( wrong toppings and the other... was raw) and they take the phones off the hook when they are busy. I understand it is hard to find help, but this is a trainwreck every time I am here. Lack of options in this area is the only thing that has forced me to come to this location. Waited for 45 minutes to get a deep dish pizza. And for 45 minutes, I got to listen to employees dropping the ?N? word, wanting... to fight each other, and the manager using ?mother**cker?, and all kinds of other explicatives while explaining to herincredibly useless crew that she wasn?t helping them. I really felt bad for the crew - zero leadership. I get that it?s LittleCaesars and what comes with that, but little kids shouldn?t have to listen to that while they?re waiting forever for their pizzaas well. If I could rate it 0 I would. Ordered online about an hour ago, was told a 30 minute wait. Get int here to pick up the order and... it's not ready, nor do they feel like making the deep dish. So I asked for it to be replaced with 2 regular pepperoni pizzas.Got started at for a good 5 minutes before receiving an answer. Now we are going onto the full hour of being here and still havenot received my order or any type of response to when it will be ready. Ordered online at 7:59 and was suppose to be ready between 8:17-8:22 but didn?t receive the pizza until 8:50. There was a lot of... yelling and incoordination going on. One customer asked at 8:30 for Italian bread and the cashier asked to those in the back arewe doing Italian bread and someone yelled back ?No?. Read more
Normally no problems but this time it was horrible. Placed an order was told it would be ready by 5:06. 40 minutes later it... still was not ready. When they finally said it was ready a pizza was missing. Had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Nooffer of discount or getting something for free.
