Stopped in just because it was on the right side of the street and I was in a hurry! I asked for a burger and a small root beer.... Not a meal! $7.58 and the burger was luke warm at best. The bun was hard around the edges. I was only driving a mile away anddidn't even finish it. Threw it in the trash. I wound up getting something from a sketchy food truck that was at least hot andtasty! Read more

Felt sorry for the employees. They seemed to be trying to do their best. The corporation and management is lacking in training... and leadership as well as pay. The store is very unclean as well as the staffs uniforms. Just because you may be understaffedlike most companies that don't pay a fair wage, doesn't mean that you let your establishment become unhealthy and untrained incostumer service. Your whole business is health safety and customer service to provide a great meal to its guests. Without thatthere is nothing. My suggestion is to close for a couple of weeks, regroup, compensate your employees with fair wages whiletraining in health codes and effective customer service. Then open again with a big sale on fish and regain the trust andloyalty of the longterm guests who made your brand what it should be today. Went there during business hours to pick up dinner. Absolutely nobody in the store. Not a single car in the parking lot either... so there were no workers. If they aren't open then they need to update their hours. Read more

The Mexican girl at the Window was New and Rude. Rolled her eyes at me very snappey. We told her we had two orders she said she... could not do it because she was new and someone in restaurant told her not to accept two orders, then she said very rude I do itthis time. When I pulled up to the window I said in a nice way I understand your new, but could you please watch your tonewhen speaking to people. She rolled her eyes and slammed the drive through window. I love this place. They are always well staffed and super friendly. (Everytime I?ve been there.) They?re really knowledgeable of... the items on the menu and will help you figure out exactly you want with no sweat or attitude. You do not even have to ask, theygot you. Always making small talk and smiling. Not even just at the window, all of them. This isn?t common at all and wasgenuinely appreciated. I?ve always gotten my food quickly here (even during busy times when there was a line.) And these fishtacos are always on point, even better now that the bomb customer service woman I saw last night helped me figure out whichflavor was for me!! And they can come healthier now (grilled) if I want them that way. 10 out of 10, would recommend. Give ?emall raises, go team! Read more

I typically don't like to complain about little things but this whole experience was one of the worst. We stood at the counter... to order for about 5 minutes. Finally one of the older guys tells someone in the back that they have someone up front. He waspolite and said shell be with us shortly. So she comes to the register and I don't think she even asked what she could get forus. So we ordered. 2 people had already ordered together before we got there. We were waiting 15+ minutes while drive throughpeople were passing through. (Maybe 3 or so cars). We finally got our order. I had chicken and my gf had chicken and fish. Herfish was pretty fresh but the fries and chicken were not. As you can tell by the picture the fryer grease is in a dire need ofchanging and tasted like it as well. We were also missing a hush puppy. Which she apparently said something about. (I couldn'thardly understand what she said.) Anyway I went up about 2 minutes after for some tarter sauce since the dispenser was empty(as well as the drink lids and just about out of napkins). I stood there for a minute or so while they were kind of juststanding around and one dude was changing his shirt right in the open. When I asked for the sauce I mentioned the hush puppy andshe just turns around and grabs 2 from a tray. Thank you for the extra but what in the world were we waiting on this entirevisit??? If there were hush puppies already done then why was there one missing? If we were there for 15 minutes I would haveexpected fresh food. I can see that on all the other low rated reviews not a single one is replied to by the owner/operator.WHAT IS IT GOING TO TAKE before this location is shutdown and all hope is lost. Read more
