The customer service in this place is pathetic. I ordered a taco salad for 8.99 and it was literally a bowl of lettuce. My... husband picked up the order do I didn't see it until he got home. I contacted them as we spend nearly 60 to 70 a week there andasked for it to be fixed and they refused to even look at the salad. No resolution. I've bought the same salad before and itwas fine. Whoever did it this time didn't do it correctly. I'm absolutely disgusted with their customer service. I'm going tohave to stop going there all together. They always mess up something. Read more
I initially had a bad experience at this location but the owner made it right. Dianna provided great customer service and the... pizza was great! The boneless wings are meh, but that's probably has to do with them being cooked in an oven instead of afryer. Massey's is known for their pizza and they do not disappoint. Read more
This was my first time dining with this pizza restaurant. The portion was equal to the cost. The food was prepared in a timely... manner and tasted well. The staff was very professional and kind. They were very attentive to each customer and the inside wasclean and presentable. I will be a returned customer. I recommend this location. Read more
It's kind of like Donato's. Large volume of toppings and thin crust pizza. It's decent but it's not incredible. The cauliflower... crust though was actually pretty good. Bummer was it took a while for the pizza to get finished. Unfortunately they only had twopeople working. Read more
I always enjoy a pizza from Massey's. Had both a pepperoni / banana pepper and a Supreme the other day and both were excellent.... I am glad they have a spot on 161 and look forward to when they reopen their dining room. Read more
Personally... Massy's reminds me of donatos... And I've never been a fan of either... However, having made some changes in my... diet recently I decided to try the cauliflower pizza. It's a 10 cauliflower "crust" which eliminates a lot of the carbohydratesI'm not able to eat... It was Freakin delicious! It looked like any normal thin crust pizza and really couldn't tell it wasn'tactual flour. It had a nice texture...the toppings (cheese & pep) were great! It was 14$ which I'm kinda ok with... I realizethere's a profit margin... But, it was nice to have pizza I didn't have to cook. I'll definitely order again when pizza nightrolls around... I May have been converted. Read more
I have lived at the same address for the last 7 years and have enjoyed massy''s the entire time. I was told tonight that my... address is too far away to deliver. After they had already sent out my delivery for the night (I had to call to see where mydelivery was).... They said they didn't realize how far away the address was....after 7 years.... Apparently there's newmanagement and they have no idea what's going on. Quality has fallen off as well. Read more
