I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and a small fries. I had to wait for the chicken sandwich to be made, which was okay... because then I knew it was coming out hot. But the french fries were terrible. They were Stone Cold and old! Read more

I ordered 10 pc chicken nuggets and two frappés. Waited for 15 minutes and had to stare down an employee to get any attention.... She then said that the frappé machine is down and asked if we wanted milkshakes or a refund. I just said milkshakes, onestrawberry and one chocolate because it was easier. When I FINALLY got my food, 20 minutes later, my nuggets were cold and theydidn?t even get the two replacement milkshakes right. one milkshake was vanilla and the other was hardly blended. It was overallnot a good experience. It was clean but not worth the wait and possibility to get your food messed up. Read more
This has to be the SLOWEST place around. I'd swear if they went any slower they would go back in time. Wait time after you order... is a min of 20 min IF you're lucky. The dining room is disgusting and hasn't been cleaned. Customers are ignored. Wait time toeven place and order is about 15 min and that's with no one in line I'm front of you. Avoid this place. This place has great service. They usually always get my order right but today my sausage McMuffin bread was soggy I asked them... to remake it and the new one I got was soggy as well, I ended up just getting a refund. I'll be back but not for breakfast Read more
So I went in this morning at 10 AM and ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel. 10 minutes later, five customers come in behind me... and they still don?t have my order. Jim Holowicki should be ashamed of his employees. I may just give him a call or his son. Read more
