The service and food being served from this location is repulsive. The employees are often rude and too inept to take an order... properly and will forget to put part of your order in the bag. I have received old pancakes and dry eggs, overcooked chickenpatties, soggy biscuits and burnt apple pies. These are not the people you want handling your food. Read more
First time visiting this location. Here on a Saturday morning and drive-thru lines are very long, ending at the entrance parking... lot. Also, you can't go inside to order...very inconvenient for customers. I stayed in drive-thru & waited to order, pay &receive food for about 30 minutes. Saw customers drive off to other places for breakfast. Management might have to re-think thismorning process. Read more
Please fire and/or remove the African American grown man with mini Afro from your drive-thru. I come to this location all the... time and he always has the problem reading my code (literally 4 numbers). He always ask me to read them off after lookingdirectly at my phone for the code. But today he decided that he wasn?t doing it. And refused to read my coupon if I did not readit to him. I informed the manager after pulling up to the second window because they did not have my order and I still haven?tpaid. But I really advised y?all remove him because I come here a few times a week using my code and if he?s at that windowagain I will not be pulling up to the second window and then will see what happens. This is the one closest to my work so I?ve had many experiences here and all of them were bad. They have no frappes. Please... don?t go if you?re on a time crunch and want a frappe, because you don?t know that they aren?t serving them, until you get tothe speaker. There was a hair in my fries, but I let it go because things happen. But every time I go, I get someone so rude onthe microphone. They are pretty accurate on the order, but they have messed up a few times. I go because they?re the closest,but I wouldn?t recommend unless you like being yelled at or you want attitude from to staff. Read more
Horrible service. Was told to wait for a DBL QP/ cheese and two double cheeseburgers. 20 minutes later, and 10 other cars that... received their orders, and I had to go inside and ask what the hold up was. DO not recommend this McDonalds. You'll be bettergoing to the nearby Wendy's, KFC, or Taco Bell. Read more
Service I'd never outstanding. People just don't "do customer service" anymore. It's like you're bothering them by having them... do something they're already getting paid to do. But the food was decent & I was able to get a mcflurry which is always a nicesurprise. Read more

Terrible service, sat in drive thru for 20 mins, they don?t alternate cars. They don?t know their menu items and when ordered... said what are you talking about! The first window didn?t have the correct order to pay for. Second window two girls laughed whenthey were out of the beverage I chose and then said at least their are other things, had to give a number of ketchup packets Iwanted, was asked to look in my children?s kids meals to see if they put one of our sandwiches in the box. A complete and uttermess! Definitely lacking training, customer service skills, etc. I am typically a very understanding person but this wasridiculous. Read more
