I waited over twenty minutes for the drive thru to move before I had to leave to get to work, and I was charged for a meal I... never ate, despite canceling my order on the mobile app. This is the only drive thru open early that's between my home and theinterstate, and honestly it's a coin flip whether or not I get to order at all some mornings. The rotten dog food garbage they attempt to pass off as food is mostly unedible even for service animals. Not a single one of... them wanted to actually be at work and or do their job correctly. Overall not a great experience. Read more
This particular McDonald's is not bad. Sometimes they have what we want and sometimes they don't. Even when we wait or our order... is lost somehow, they always take care of us. I appreciate those that work at this location. Despite where this restaurant islocated, we like to go there. Keep up the great work team! Read more
this place literally never gets my food right and i never get everything i paid for. one time i waited 45 minutes for breakfast... and had to leave to get to work on time and they wouldn?t give me a refund. also don?t give receipts but then demand receiptswhen u say you didnt get everything in your order. i usually never even leave reviews but i literally know people who work atmcdonalds and its not that hard.was supposed to get two hash browns and didnt give me a straw for my coffee. I stopped in while traveling home to Colorado. Oh my when I say this restaurant truly lacks basic customer service, they will... drink their sodas at the front counter while they take your order. Took a gentleman 15 mins for some ice tea. Every surface inthis place is nasty. They don't listen to your orders or walk away while your ordering. They had no soda in the machine. Thisis truly the WORSE mcdonalds experience I've ever had.. I will never return to this store sadly. Read more
Pretty frustrating experience.... Usually the experience here is just okay but today I couldn't even get food. Waited for 20... minutes in line for the lady to tell me we aren't accepting orders at this time at the drive through. So let me get thisstraight.. your a restaurant and I'm trying to give you money for food, and you're not letting me order food? Sounds like youneed to hire new staff that wants to do their job. This is easily the most unorganized, slowest McDonald's I've ever visited. Multiple messed up orders 45 minutes for simple... pancakes and a hash brown and 2 drinks. I tried this place 1 other time was in the drive through 15 minutes and no one tookorders I drove straight to the window. I highly recommend you going out of your way to a different location. Or a differentrestaurant in general this place needs closed. Read more
