This location is always ROCKING IT! Even when the line is crazy long, they crush it every time. Have never had a long wait time.... They always keep it moving at perfectly respectable pace. The only complaint I could have other than the rare, occasional minormix-up (which happens everywhere and is just an understandable part of life and not worth a bad review or being rude or mean tothe staff about) is that the shake machine is sometimes down. Just the worst when you're absolutely craving a shake, especiallya specialty shake like the Shamrock Shake. The speed at which their breakfast line moves shocks me every time. So fast! Read more
We went around 11:10 pm, we waited some time to place our order, nobody answered us, there was no one in the payment part, and... in the pick-up part there was a person arranging glasses with the window closed. We went around the store and went back toDrivethru to try to order, and there were 2 more cars, no one showed up. Every time I go through and clearly order a Bacon, Egg and cheese bagel they ALWAYS give me steak even if I correct them at... check out. It?s happened like 3-4 times. Employees are nice, but I?m not coming back here if this has happened this manytimes. I don?t understand how hard it is to get steak mixed up with bagel no matter how clearly I speak and loudly it?s alwayswrong. Read more
I don't eat fast food very often but the last 3 times I've been to this location my food was cold or re-dipped in grease and... it's disgusting. I've worked at different fast food restaurants and I've never given a customer cold food. I understand it canbe frustrating and overwhelming sometimes but if you wouldn't eat it please don't serve it to anyone else. I appreciate anyonewho works with fast food because it can be difficult but everyone just seems so upset or sad there. I'm very aware that with staff shortages the quality and expectation is lower everywhere. But this store gave me a hot mustard... dipping sauce that was obviously opened (for quite some time), the foil/lable wasn't even covering the entire top of thecontainer and inside was some congealed garbage, I don't know how you can hand that out the drive-thru window without realizingthere's something wrong.
