I could confidently say that this place would be one of The worst McDonalds you could possibly ever see. I am not sure how it... passed the regulatory certifications. I went in to order food and seeing the amount of flies in the kitchen and billing area Icouldn?t sustain a second. I immediately ran out even with out ordering. I couldn?t see a single area in kitchen with out fliesof the visible zone. From flooring to roof to billing area to menu display screens everywhere there are flies. The strange partis that the doors are too hard to handle and open from outside. Kind of semi locked. We need to wait till some exits frominside. Even the employees working there where relying on this process. I strongly don?t recommend this place because ofunhygienic environment inside. Of all the McDonald's in Columbus,this is the worst. I do DoorDash and most places only want the last 3 characters of the code,... but they wanted all of them but didn't say so at first. Then when I get tot the window the lady just stares at me holding thebag, like she expected me to read her mind. She then informed me that in order to receive the bag I needed to give her the codeto verify, which is news to me. I haven't had to do so before. Then on a separate occasion, I go thru for DoorDash once, theywere very rude, and when I came back for a 2nd DoorDash, the person there pretended their system was down and went out front tosmoke. Not even a minute after I pulled around front to contact DoorDash, someone went thru the drive thru and came out withfood. They actually served a couple customers while I was sitting out front. I'm not sure what they had against me, but I'vetried to always be courteous and respectful. The employees there on 3rd shift need to learn better customer service. Read more
I went to rock on the range in 2019 and while the lobby and outside was jam packed with people the managers and crew members... were on it! They had huge orders of food (including my 20 burgers) Multiple people in the lobby made notice of it and thankedthe workers. This place is disgusting 3rd shirt lady at cash window was very rude asked what perfume do I like?.aggressively loud! All I ask... was for her to repeat my order because the line was in the street n she kicked me out the window! Then the ?manager? at thenext window (after the guy got her for me) said give me ur total in cash no card and I?ll get your order without asking what Iordered!!!!! We went into McDonald?s drive thru in the early morning at 7am or so, and we were immediately greeted at the speaker by Sherra,... she took our order very quick and efficiently. We get up to pay her and she asked how our day was, she was so kind and sincere.I didn?t have any cash on me to tip so I wanted to go on google review and tell you guys she is awesome and did a great job forus. The first time I ate here, it was alright. The line was slow. The second time, I only ordered a drink and they gave me the wrong... one. The third time, my burger tasted like the meat was rotten. Tonight, at 9:30 p.m. they refused to serve any customers unlessthey put in a mobile order. Would I recommend this McDonald's to others? No, I would not. McDonald's are really raising their prices too much. Fries are never filled up. Service is good and relatively fast.
