Went there for breakfast and the lady at the front counter was super friendly. Steak egg and cheese bagel was fresh and the best... that you can expect from a McDonald?s. Very large lobby with an upstairs, pretty cool. Giving 4 starts because it does not havea drive through. Read more
I was the first customer of the day, they unlocked the door for me to enter. Long drive from Cincinnati to OSU to visit my son.... Needless to say went straight to ladies room. No exaggerating, hands down the dirtiest public bathroom I had ever witnessed. Ihave a pic but would probably be banned from this platform if I posted. You would think since they just opened for the day thatthe restrooms would be cleaned the night before or at least first thing in the morning before start of shift. I highly doubtthis was just a one time incident where someone forgot. The grime on the sink, walls, mirrors, hand dryers were weeks or monthsof build up. I get that is a campus fast food joint, but come on, at least make an effort. Besides the gross restroom, the twoladies taking orders were super nice and my caramel frappe was delicious. Read more

It used to be a nice professional store. Staff looks like high school dropouts who love yelling at delivery drivers and... customers. Instead of yelling at buzzing, possibly naive students, how bout a nice TV with order numbers that are ready. Justratchet and ignorant! Read more

Many Mcdonald's within Columbus are accommodating to those that have disabilities. This Mcdonalds on High Street however,... provides some difficulties for those who have disabilities. While they do have ramps that lead up the to the sidewalk whichprovides wheelchair access. As shown through the pictures below, there is no button for those with mobility issues to easilyopen the doors. This can pose difficulties if they are traveling into the location alone. The store itself at times can be veryloud and chaotic which may pose an issue for those with sensory issues. The store itself is two stories with no elevator to thesecond floor. There is both a self ordering station and registers. This could assist those who may have speech difficulties orbe deaf as they will not have to directly speak to someone. They also have easy access to bathrooms for those who may havemobility issues. The accessible doors are also labeled but the main one (closed to the handicap parking spot) closes at aspecific time. Overall I believe that this location was mildly accessible and could stand to improve in its accessibilityaspects. Read more
