Glad your trying to improve the restaurant. But i was treated like a piece of shit???? a few days ago bye the black lady working... the front register. But about 3 week's ago i was treated so great by a little white girl. I guess the black girl wasn't to happyabout being at work. Idk? But you definitely need 2 people running the register in the mornings. Keep improving. And i'll see???? you soon. Update, Update, Update... It's even worse now. Stay as far away as possible... So I have diabetes I?m not a drug user or going to steal copper I just had to use the bathroom it is apparently store policy to... buy something before you can use the bathroom. I feel that is a profiling move on the Mendoza Franchise. And I feel it isunethical because if my kidneys have out and I urinate on myself are you going to pay for my laundry. Went in today and was boutto order food and I stopped I will not spend a dime at any of the McDonald?s that do this. It?s very unprofessional and rude. Ifemployees are asking for 17.00 to 16.00 a hour they should maintain the bathroom and pay attention to detail when ordering nopickle means no pickle but I get it new generations and people don?t wanna work because of the covid. Threw the food outside ; the managers the staff just disgusting.They messed up my order because I waited 20 mins I ask for it to... redone but when I couldn't see what the xashier/cook was doing - Trashed. They are very rude and should not be in customerservice. The female manager told a young man he couldn't get refills on his drink because it was to go order , the cashier wasthe cook and never asked him if he wanted to go , because he barely knew how to run a register while the manager was playing onher phone . There was a lady at the counter trying to order food. A woman working the front told her to go use the kiosk to order. The lady... informed her that she had a vision disorder and could not see the kiosk well enough to place an order. The worker refused tohelp the lady with the kiosk and would not take her order at the counter. I was disgusted by the workers attitude so I went overand helped the lady myself. I then left without getting anything for lunch. I just didn't want to give this place my businessafter witnessing such a disrespectful act. Why doesn't McDonald's help people with disabilities? Visited 5/19 at 8 am. super friendly staff, super fast speed, fresh food. It definitely got my morning off to the right start.... The women that took my payment was in a good mood and the man that gave me my food made sure I had a straw, which is amazingbecause I have nit been given one before and then I was real sad when I could drink my frappe.
